This has been the best experience I have ever had in restaurant service, the staff was very alert very helpful, extremely nice. I am completely blown away by how responsive and willing they were to help. There was absolutely nothing they did wrong from start to finish. They also went above and beyond what was expected. Shawna was one of the employees that helped and is worth mentioning by name for excellent customer service and perfect attitude towards us. Very clean restaurant, beyond helpful staff. Phenomenal experience!!!
No, not only was the old man at the counter very rude but after I walked away and was filling up my drink I witnessed him having a sandwich at the front counter. I was appalled and disgusted. It is very unsanitary. I will be telling my friend about this who works at the Health Department. I will not be coming back to this location and I do not recommend this location.
Terrible customer service. Three times I have ordered ahead of time for cubside pickup and each time my food was never brought to me. After waiting in my car for 20 mins I go inside to be told the app is not relaying that people are here. If thats the case then why isnt someone checking manually and why do I get handed cold food without a discount ,refund, new food or an apology. This is the last time i will be going to this location.
Love the delicious food at Panera however when entering this location the older adult man at the register was scratching his head over the baked goods at the counter. On top of that never went to wash his hands to serve customers after scratching his head. The look on his face was not inviting but drive-thru give excellent service.
This is the worst Panera Bread Cafe ever.It's poorly managed with lack of leadership.The employee Brenda has a very nasty disposition. Rachel is very unfriendly with no customer service training. The reason why they always run out of bagel late at night when they close up to give it to some man come fine cuz they can't keep it the next day that's unprofessional.. they always putting things away before they close coffee not fresh restaurant that is clean.
The cashier man didn't make me feel welcome and no answers questions or doubts and was my first visit. Excellent food and good for small meetings or studying.

I will not be going back to this location for sure. Very, very, slow and extreme attitudes from whole staff. Ordered a dozen bagels, waited over 25 minutes. Get it together!!
Many Panera seem to have remodeled. They are not as relaxing inside as they were when first opened. Couches are all gone. Tables are generic and cold feeling. Most fireplaces are gone or inoperative. Not the same! I don't visit them as much because of this. And the tip prompt while paying before you even get your food is obnoxious..
Sadly not being managed well. Last several.months atrocious service! Wait to order and pick up food extremely slow. 25 minutes. When you ask about what took so long bad attitudes even from manager!!!! Don!'t bother. Not the same place any more.
