Chicken had a very bad taste and both the steak and chicken had so much seasoning that you couldn't taste the steak. Had to wait for it to be remade and received a $5 comp for the chicken.Then heard the table by us had to wait as their food was burnt. Their credit card systems are down as well. Cash only.
We had a party of 16 and they accommodated us very well. eEven with individual bills for all the couples and singles our server was spot on the entire meal taking our picture for the group Throughout he ensured that everyone was served promptly with great food! He even took my overcooked steak back to provide one that was cooked more rare. Thanks
Steaks were not cooked as ordered, shrimp was burned and Cesar salad had entirely way too much pepper on it. The restaurant was not busy yet drink refills were slow at best. With the quality of the food and service I'm not sure if we will be back.
I love coming here! It is close to my house, the food is delicious! I always get take out for the family, and Helen makes my complex order and double checks it before I leave! It’s quick and delicious!
Always a fantastic experience at this Outback Steakhouse. Helen, the bartender, goes above and beyond to provide stellar service every single time. The food is consistently prepared and served, the beers are always cold, and the service is always excellent.

Chelsea was our server at the Red Mill location on Nimmo Pky, Virginia Beach. What a great dinner! Wife and I ordered steaks and we asked Chelsea to tell the chef Not to use a iron Press on them. They steaks came out perfect. They were not flattened as at other locations. The Wallaby Darned is my favorite drink! Chelsea was perfect!! Thanks!!
Excellent service from entry to exit. Shelby was our server/bartender and she did an amazing job. Drinks were perfect, the food was fresh/hot/delicious. Kudos to the chef on the blooming chicken, loaded baked potato, center cut sirloin, and asparagus. We enjoyed every bit. Considering we hadn't been here in many years, it was as if this was a new restaurant. Keep up the great work!!
Went in for a quick snack and a beer, and the idea worked out perfect. Helen at the bar was spot on. Quick to take my order and get me a cold beer.In no time I had a salad, followed in just the right time with my meal.She followed up on me so welll I really felt I’d come to the right place today.Bravo to the Outback team and to Helen specifically!
Helen was our server at the bar tonight. Everything came out perfect and tasted delicious!I normally get the ribeye here but Helen suggested something on their seasonal special and recommended a special drink everything was delicious.Service was great kept our drinks.full and knows how to take care of her clients thanks again for a great experience Helen we will definitely be back.
