My partner, daughter and I enjoyed a great dinner. Jordan D was our server and they were an absolute delight. Extremely friendly and quick with service. We absolutely loved the lasagna fritta.I really just wanted to highlight the amazing job our server did, and say thank you for helping us end our weekend on a high note.
I was enjoying my meal. Service could have been better. The server was nice but when we ordered a second margarita, we were told it was going to take a minute and it almost never came. We were also charged for breadsticks and a third margarita we never ordered. Also, there was a leftover meatball out of the three I ate…. It looks off.
Went here for an afternoon date with my Husband . Food is always great. Donte was our sever and he was very attentive and entertaining. Enjoyed a Spiked Strawberry Lemonade which was very tasty. We love Olive Garden where ever we go but this location definitely has a great group of people working hard to ensure everyone is happy and enjoys their food and experience
It was fine as far as Olive Garden goes. One of the pieces of chicken in my Chicken Gnocchi soup did feel a bit undercooked but I wasn't too upset. Staff was friendly. It's my local Olive Garden so I'll probably be back.
Great service for curbside pick up. Service with a smile as usual. I've never had a problem at Olive garden at any location. Food always hot, good portions and customer service with a smile. Hands down best Italian restaurant in the 757. No one can touch olive garden
I placed an online order for delivery to my daughter and familyIt is her birthday, Anniversary and New Years Eve. Their plans were changed due to Covid positive. I received a call from a very pleasant woman Stacy to ask me if they could deliver 1/2 hour early due to staffing problems. It was a nice conversation and wonderful that i was called. Will definitely use the service again.
Make sure you make reservations for dinner. This place is extremely busy. We waited about 30 minutes to get seated and weren't waited on for another 10 minutes. The host took our drink and appetizer order and also brought it to us personally. Then he took our dinner order.He took the appetizer off the bill and we never said anything. When the waitress got to us, she was extremely apologetic. She was so busy, we felt sorry. The experience overall was very good and everyone was kind. Will be going back but with reservations!
Arrived around 330-400 on a Wednesday afternoon. Parking lot fairly empty, still had to wait inside. When finally seated it was a half bench half chair table directly next to a server stand and there was training going on. We never had a server approach us and after about 15 minutes walked out and went to carrabba's where we were seated immediately and had better service all around. Poor customer service at Olive Garden!!
Really enjoyed our service here, they gave us a special room for our party, and the server was very friendly and attentive, especially considering how busy it was. The food was good for Olive Garden standards, and the prices were expensive considering what you were getting in return. But hey, if you like olive garden, this is definitely a safe one to go to.
Service was good, the employees were pretty easygoing and the food was decent, however the place was pretty dirty, the walls were disgusting and the lamp shades were super dusty
