Came there with a group of 4 to celebrate Mother’s Day. We chose this location because last time we were there about a year and a half ago we had a decent experience. I am not sure what happened, but I wish I’d read other recent reviews before going there.Long story short, if you’re looking for a spot to get at least decent sushi - look elsewhere. All of the rolls we’ve ordered literally looked and tasted the same. They were made of mostly rice with almost none of salmon or other ingredients. Rice was over cooked. All of the rolls were garnished with the same sauce. This dinner was a huge disappointment and a cause of stomach ache.P.s. pictures really look much better than real thing :)
DO NOT TAKE KIDS...Nice place, friendly, sushi is good, and $25.99 is a great price for all you can eat sushi. But..... there is no other option than all you can eat unless you order take out. Or at least the option was not presented to me when seated or ordering. My 11 year old daughter ordered a Miso soup and a sweet potato roll $8.25 take out.....$25.99 dine in. I might go back, but not with my kids!
encredably delicious i ordered spicy tuna roll that is in the picture i also ordered shrimp tempura roll but i devoured that before i realized i hadn’t taken photos yet! i wasn’t too hungry but the food was incredibly delicious i devoured them rolls the noodles where for my kids but i ended up enjoying them too! Highly recommend O’Yummy sushi. the name suits the place well…
Went for lunch during the week. The sushi was very good and so was the service. The selection is not as great as other all you can eat sushi restaurants. I like having raw sushi and most of their special rolls were cooked.
This place is so good, and the staff is very attentive. You won't leave hungry and you will enjoy all the great food
O'Yummy Sushi is our favorite sushi restaurants. The owners and staff are very personable and friendly. They have 2 options order individual items from the menu or the all you can eat option. Their sushi and sashimi is always made to order with the freshest ingredients. If you are looking for a good sushi restaurant try O'Yummy Sushi with 3 convenient locations VA Beach and Chesapeake VA.
This place is the best. Great place to bring a party of people. Amazing staff clean and friendly environment and the food is perfect! I love the BBQ squid and seaweed salad or miso soup. 10/10 rating!
Went on a date here and arrived just before the lunch rush on a weekday. The themed atmosphere was better decorated than most of the other places I've eaten at. The space is large so you don't feel like you're sitting back to back with others while still having a good view of the chefs. It's also worth noting that there are multiple TVs inside for different entertainment preferences. Cleanliness was great and our waitress didn't have any issues in answering questions or explaining what particular menu items were while also checking on us at the right intervals, she definitely deserved her tip. Food was extremely fresh that's very important. Also there's very little all you can eat sushi places around the 757 so adding this one to the list is a bonus. I did have an issue with the amount of food that they bring per request compared to other places but that's just my personal opinion. Everything we ordered came in about quantities of four and what I can only describe as "try-this" samples. If you really love the particular menu item like volcano rolls you will have to place in two orders of that, I get the efficiency of it but it's also slightly annoying because unless you order a lot of food the first time you end up waiting for the waiter in between plates. On my next town visit I would like to explore their non-buffet menu selections.
A pretty fair all you can eat Sushi for the price. There are some sushi that is really good and some are fine. Haven't tried everything yet due to stomach capability. I think 4 star is a really good rating for this place and I still recommend it for everyone.
My new go to for AYCE sushi. Super fresh and tasty. And free take home chopsticks were a nice touch!
