I was disappointed in the meals we had. Service was fine, but the burger tasted like it was on a dry old bun when the sign in the window is flashing "fresh warm buns". The fries were undercooked and over salted/seasoned. It might have been different if they were busy or slammed... but there were more employees than customers in the store. The shake was good.

After seeing this burger place numerous times, we decide to stroll in. We were greeted immediately by someone standing behind the counter. I explained that we had never been there before and wondered if they were better than 5 Guys. I’m not sure why I asked because, I didn’t expect them to say, “No”. A gentleman in the kitchen, right behind the cashier smiled and said, “Oh Yeah, the best in Virginia Beach, and I’m Vegan and I know that.” At this point, I’m loving this place. I perused the menu and ask if there is just a bacon cheeseburger? I’m told that there are no additions or substitutions. You must order exactly as the menu suggests or you may build your own burger. We opted to build our own due to allergies (mushrooms on the only bacon option) . I ordered a single, which is supposed to be 1/4 lb. with cheese and bacon and made it a combo with a milkshake. Well, I couldn’t do that because there are no substitutions and upgrading to a shake is a substitution. So, I ordered, the drink and fries that come with the combo and added on a shake. I also ordered another cheeseburger with bacon and cheese and ordered a fry (since I have a drink from the combo meal). Anyhow, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 coke and 1 shake came to $43.99. Yes! $43.99 because the toppings (cheese and bacon are extra). After literally asking for the total again and considering leaving, I decided that these burgers may be worth it. So we paid and waited on our food. It was good, but it was nothing spectacular! The serving of fries was enormous! There are enough fries for a family of 4 to be very satisfied. There were only 2 of us. One of us had sweet potato fries and the other, regular fries. After eating my burger and a normal amount of fries, I felt sick. I left, my food didn’t stay down, Unfortunately. I’m unsure why but I was full. After 10 minutes of eating, my food was literally in the parking lot because I couldn’t hold it down. The burger was very thin so, I don’t think that I overate. But I usually don’t eat burgers. The red meat might have just been a little rough on my stomach because I try to eat clean mostly. The burger was good, but not worth $43.99!
Worst delivery. Maybe they are better at dining in. Ordered through Ubereats with priority delivery a regular cheeseburger and added bacon, mayo, mustard, onion, and jalapeños. Clearly the potato bun can't handle any type of condiment. I was delivered a disintegrated burger that looked like it was put together by a blind person with no thumbs and then attempted to squish all of the burger ingredients into a TINY box. When I reached into the bag to pull out the contents, my hand was greeted with a nice wet disgusting handshake with a condiment explosion. After performing some transplant surgery because I was hungry and really wanted to give this place a shot. Took 2 bites and threw it away.
My husband's burger came out almost 10 minutes after mine came out. Even our order of fries came out before his burger. For two burgers, a small (kiddie sized) shake and a side of shareable fries it cost about $36 bucks....prices are ASTRONOMICAL. Even with the app and some incentives, it still is not worth the pricing. Maybe if it were 10 bucks cheaper overall it would be worth a second visit.But we won't be coming back here sadly when there is a steakhouse across the shopping center that gives more quality burgers for a more reasonable price range.

First time here. Was okay but very expensive. 10$ hamburgers should be great it wasn’t. But one order of fries for table was enough.
Had the Lo Cal was good but not great but definitely if you're looking for a lo calorie option definitely try but the fries are definitely really good loved them
This place won’t be open long… It’s a 5 guys knock off with inferior product. Even the associates don’t expect them to be busy. They use one of the booths for all of their personal items, including McDonalds. Burger compares to a steak and shake, at 3x the cost.
Got a double bacon cheeseburger, no lie one of the best burgers I ever had it was the perfect size for me and the amount of fries is very generous. Definitely regret not coming here sooner!
