Always live this place… They package everything soo well for to go orders and the food is great! Fresh all the time.
Ok let's talk about the 3 star. It is our daughters birthday and all she wanted was molly ramen. There is a big plastic curtain hanging and a guy behind it with the personality of a rock. The food was ok but nothing to brag about. The $100 price tag for 4 and the poor atmosphere they will never seen our business again. It's up to you but there are much better choices to spend your money.
I will never order food from here again. I purchased my order through UberEats and I ordered for me the teriyaki chicken with white rice and broccoli. Let me just say I don't know what part of the 'chicken' that was but whatever it was it was nasty, fatty, unseasoned, and partially undercooked. There was no meat whatsoever. My daughter ordered the Ramen bowl with chicken and chicken broth with shrimp and crab. Ok the crab is imitation(didn't know that). My daughter said the noodles and broth tasted like dirty dish water and lacked seasoning as well. Even after doctoring it up it was nasty. We both took only the first few bites and threw the whole thing away. 54.00 and some change A complete waste.. I'm waiting for uber Eats to reimburse me. The only thing and reason I even considered them which they're new to me was because my daughter wanted boba which was the only good thing.
The teas are good but the food is horrible. On 3 different occasions the food was over cooked, drowned in sauce(s), and had an ugly presentation. You're better off going to the dumpster of a Chinese restaurant, a Teriyaki spot in the mall, or getting food out of Seven11.
Where's the fish? Orders a sushi burrito and I got a seaweed wrap with rice, lettuce and like 5 cube of fish. What did I just pay 12.99 for? Never coming here again.
Today i tried ordering a shrimp tempura sushi burrito some of their boba tea and some crab rangoon. I got the wrong burrito, had some fish in it and smelled rotten, only three pieces of my crab rangoon (ordered and paid for 8 cause it suppose to come with 8) and the wrong tea (the tea was still good) Not to mention the burrito wasn't even rolled right and when I opened it up the entire thing fell apart and fell on the floor.So check your bags before you leave. Make sure everything you ordered is actually there and that it is made correctly.
Food is always good, order from here a lot. Picked up today and one staff member sneezed 4x, without covering his face, and walked deeper into the food prep area to do it. Then while scooping rice out of the rice cooker, kept rubbing his bare hands against his nose and continued scooping rice. Not the person currently making my food, but still quite gross.
I love getting mango green tea from here but it can be hit or miss. Most the the time, they put the mango jelly and mango pieces in it but other times, it’s just mango green tea /:
Decided to try something new. Worse decision ever!! This beef ramen was $13 and was the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. The soup was just heavy with salt and the egg just tasted old.
First time ever getting anything and I got some spicy ramen with beef but what sucks is the broth tasted amazing but the noodles had a very nasty shellfish tast and there was no seafood in it! All in all definitely a waste of over $20 you would be better off getting some top ramen and cook yourself a chicken breast to throw in.
