I love the home wrecker. I got it in a bowl but my chicken was burnt and I found 2 hairs in my food. I am really disappointed because I love Moe’s.
Unfortunately, my opinion of this establishment has taken a drastic change. Was just completely ignored while waiting on my food, while numerous employees made eye contact with me numerous times, only to be told when finally recognized, that my order has been sitting on the shelf behind the cash register the entire time because it was two bags. I'm guessing this is because I chose to tip two dollars on a order I was picking up rather than just clicking 15-20%. Well guess who won't be ordering from you again.
I just went in there- sure, I was greeted then I stood there and stood there and stood there, still no service. The place had one table of 3 people, no one in line and no one behind me. The girl was dipping something out into cups and did not stop to come take my order. She did not even say:"someone will be right with you". Unacceptable.
I’m switching to Moes from now on. I’m tired of Chipotle hiking their prices. You get free guacamole & chips at Moes & I like the options better too.
I've only come to this location a handful of times over the last few years. I like Moe's usually. But each time I visit this one, most of the employees act as if they're doing you a favor serving you. They're not outright rude, more lacking the standard friendly customer service. I find myself and others being the ones saying all the "thank you's" and "have a nice day's" instead of the employees (wh usually remain stoic and uncongenial. And they typically forget something from larger orders(3 or more people). Food is as good as any other Moe's
We love the convenience and value of the family taco kits. The queso and chips are always a hit with the kids.
When dining in they definitely fill the tray when you order nachos...
The kids who work there do fine w food.... its the stocking of condiments.... ummmmmm...... as long as you don't need a lid, straw, silverware, salsa, tea, or anything else, you're golden. I think there needs.to be some adult oversight/mgmt??.
I have been going here since this location opened and only like this location mainly because of the people. But now, there is one person there who is rude and has no clue how to roll or make a burrito. I have to go home and re-roll it because it falls apart.
I had good service. The food was made the way I ordered it. It was slow at the time I went. The parking lot can be problematic, small.
