No "Welcome to Moe's" friendless here. It's interesting to read comments from years ago and they say similar things. This was my first time at this location and being as though it is a decent area, I guess I was expecting decent service. The workers seemed annoyed that they actually had to work and take people's orders. No enthusiasm, no smile, no helpfulness at all. They're not any cheaper than Chipotle or Cava and definitely not Taco Bell lol. However, I've actually had more welcoming service at Taco Bell if you can believe that!
Dined in this evening with my daughter. We were enjoying ourselves looking around at the redecorating and watching the workers behind the counter. I guess one of the workers didn't like us watching them because he yells at us from across the restaurant "Do you need anything?" And I guess because of the puzzled look on my face as I'm trying to process why I am being yelled at from across the restaurant caused him to yell it again at us "Do you need anything?"I was so embarrassed and could not believe that this is how Moe's trains their staff to talk to customers.The food was good, but I don't think I'll be returning as I don't like being yelled at while trying to enjoy a nice evening with my daughter

This was my first time at any Moe's. Employees on duty at the time that I was there were very respectful and helpful.
I used to frequent this place. Stop going because food quality went down hill. Steak was always chewy and the chicken tasted like it was marinated in saltwater.
Welcome to Moe's! That's the first thing you'll hear everytime you enter this delicious burrito eatery. Nothing beats shoving a homewrecker deep inside your gut.

I love Moe’s! This location has been renovated since I last visited, it looks great! So clean and pretty. Service was great. Staff greeted us with that happy expected Moe’s greeting that just makes you smile when you walk in! They got our food made quickly and correctly. And everything tasted delicious! Very happy all around. Will definitely be back. Thanks Moe’s :)
Great steak burritos with everything you ask for. They prepare it in front of you. Seasoned rice or cilantro rice. Black beans or pinto beans before the steak keep chicken bites. Top with tomatoes, guacamole, cheese, sauces etc. I like the specials offered on their app, the birthday freebie and their employees.
