Stopped by today and tried the grilled pork with rice.OH MY GOSH!!! it was DELICIOUS, and the service was incredible and very polite.I will be going back soon!
Miss Saigon on Shore Drive is our favorite. Everything is fresh and delicious. There are too many fresh ingredients in the soup to be cost effective at home, even if you could find the right noodles at a local grocer (which is unlikely). The Bahn Mi (sandwhiches) are also outstanding, stuffed with fresh, exciting ingredients. If you've never tried this type of sandwich, make Miss Saigon your first. Lastly, the family who operates this restaurant is extremely kind and decent: very much deserving of your visit. Give this place a try!
By far the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Hampton Roads! Highly recommend the Grilled Pork Banh Mi sandwich
Great food, fast service, calm atmosphere. Would recommend for sandwiches and noodles.
Amazing food and staff! This should definitely be on your list for places to eat!
When we came here for lunch, the place was totally empty: no other guests, no employees (except when summoned - once to order and once to pay), and no decor at all. The soup was not even as good as I'd expected. Cheap prices, though.
Lemongrass chicken banh mi was tasty, but portion size wasn't that great.
Amazing food and reasonable prices . Great services. I don’t understand why some people give bad feedback. This is a family own restaurant and they are so nice to the Costumer. This is my favourite restaurant in this location.

I do not recommend this place. Had an awful experience. If I could give 0-stars, I would.I will say, the food that did eventually come out was decent. But that's not enough to warrant anything more than 1-star.My wife is Vietnamese and choose this location solely because she was craving a very specific food item appetizer. We showed up here about 30 minutes prior to close. This place was empty, dirty, and in a state of general disarray. Also, it apparently doubles as a day care for the owners children. The kids were crawling all over the counters, tables, shelves, kept going in and out of the store, and were overall very very loud (not my place to give parenting advice, but, added to the overall unpleasant experience). We ordered 2 apps (one of which is what we came for) and 2 entrees (1 to-go). We got 1 app (spring rolls) which were tiny, but acceptable. Then, one entree arrived, but it was the wrong item (we didn't order it). Eventually the waitress returned, and when my wife pointed it out "in Vietnamese", the waitress argued saying "that's the right item, we just serve it differently than what you're used to" and went on to unapologetically tell us, "I'm not the owner, but I'll get him" (he never made an appearance). We then awkwardly sat for about 25 more minutes. Eventually a to-go box and check arrived. My wife was very disappointed to learn, they didn't even make the 1 this entire trip was for!0 apology. Only a "we can make it for you if you want". We didn't feel like sitting in the disgusting hole for another minute, let alone, another 30 minutes it would likely take.Just do better. It's really not that hard. This place is an overall, very hard, bust. I would skip it without hesitation. I hope this review helps someone avoid the terrible experience we just had. Yuck.
