We came for snacks and some quick drinks. The patio area was perfect for 80 degrees weather. The service was quick. It was my first time here so I had to try the signature mermaid winery flight. The flavors were mediocre. I’m use to full bodied Italian wines so that may have been one reason. Out of all of the ones in the flight, The My Beach Peach was probably my favorite since I didn’t care for the reds. It’s a Chardonnay that was light and refreshing for a summer day. The Riverview Raspberry was my least favorite. It tasted like cold medicine that I need to take every 4-6 hours. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and I will be back to try some other wines.
Had a decent time here. Our server was very polite and offered her knowledge on the menu items. The food came out quickly which was appreciated and the orders were all accurate. Our party was not aware that there was a 90 minute limit on reservations. Between drinks, appetizers, entrées, and desserts we felt like our birthday dinner was cut a bit short. Other than that, we had a good time.
The night was absolutely amazing. This is now our favorite place and we will definitely be going back. From the drinks, to the appetizer, and then dinner it was just all so delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. We were so full and didnât have room for dessert but we be sure to try it next time. We had the Tuna Bite Nachos for our appetizer which was such a good choice! I had the chicken pasta with no chicken sub scallops and no chorizo, wonderful. The scallops were cooked perfectly. My husband has the lamb shank sub carrots for kale and the lamb was falling off the bone. It was also amazing. For drinks we had the sweet flight and ended up buying a bottle to go because it tasted so good. I actually asked to speak with the Chef personally to thank and tip him for the meal because everything was truly phenomenal and I just wanted him to know that personally from a customer. We left happy and full. The atmosphere and music was great as well!
The lamb chop was amazing, the shrimp and grits were a little salty, the ahi nachos were amazing, the ahi tacos were a little non full and definitely more of an appetizer, the vegan ramen was great and tasted like mushrooms, the spicy shrimp soup just tasted spicy with onions. The espresso martini was really good, the raspberry wine tasted very light and full bodied, the Posesideons Red was very sweet and not as strong as a typical red.
