This is a dive bar BUT it's a 1%r. They fked up my food order but our drinks were cold and fresh. Both the cook and waitress apologized - sincerely and completely unnecessary. It's why this place is 5 stars. I hadn't been in like 2 years and the vibe was still the same. The food is awesome, service is excellent. I'll be going back.
What can I say about this place and its owner. I have know Melody since the mid 90s before this place ever became into existence. A whole bunch of us go back to Pop's Place off of Princess Anne Rd where Jets Pizza is today. From the early beginnings to now and beyond, I have never met an absolute wonderful person. I have been back a number of times since moving out of the area and every time she had welcomed me back with open arms. I love and miss the place every much. The food is still great . Being there for lunch brought back some great times. Thank you again my friend, Love you.
Amazing place went there with my old lady yesterday and to meet up with some friends. Great beers offered, good tasting food also, pool tables inside nice quiet spot, good relaxing music, great bartender ladies, and the owner is also a lovely lady. Will be back and everyone should check it out. Great nostalgic vintage flow also with juke box and old school smoke room.
Megan is such a wonderful and good looking woman. I wish more places had a woman like her

Mels use to be one of my favorite spots decent food prices and drinks went tonight and placed an order for drinks and food. Drinks came out pronto after waiting 45 min for food I went to the bar and found out that they hadn't even cooked them and forgot. The waitress was very apologetic but imagine having alcohol on your stomach and no food after waiting 45 min

Love that place.
The food there was fairly priced and was amazing . The server was by herself and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time . The drinks weren’t watered down and tasted amazing . Would recommend this place to people who would wanna casually sit down and have a drink and some good bar food . 5 stars !
