The manager at the first window is rude. Big guy- I told him something must be wrong w their speaker bc it’s hard to hear him & he shut the window mid sentence. When I asked him right after saying “large sweet tea” he said did everything on the screen look correct and I said did you get the large sweet tea and he said I didn’t say it .. very poor customer service & Should not be a manager. Also I never order from this place after 6 PM because it takes them an hour to get your food through the drive-through
Just tried to go through the drive through and was told they are only serving nuggets and fries. This was after sitting in the line for 45 minutes. Then before we could ask anything, the order person said " are you going to order or not". Very rude and disrespectful. It would have been nice if they posted a sign or had someone outside to inform people they where out of stuff.
So 1st I get a cheeseburger Happy Meal. I ask for the cheeseburger with only cheese. Apparently that was too difficult to get right. I park my car to go inside and a young female employee is STANDING AT THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW OF HER HOMIE'S CAR SMOKING A JOINT. THE PARKING LOT ON THE CLOCK!! Then she walks passed me inside joking with her friend saying "I just blazed up in the parking lot". This is at a major intersection that goes to a major highway. Yes, It's in a state where recreational use is legal, however it's not legal for minors, in public and on the clock. If you've see. Rocky IV then you'll know what this means...."If she's fired, she's fired!! Have some respect for your employer. The 3.5 star rating is from employees like that and management as well.
I have been to this McDonalds a handful of times, hopeful of a better experience, only to wait 30+ minutes in line each time. The 30 minute this time wait was simply just to find out their grills were down and we couldn’t order anything other than chicken. Why wait so long you ask? The drive through line is impossible to escape once you’re already in it. 10/10 chances of me NOT recommending this location to any sane humane.
Went twice in the last week, first time drive-thru was slow (this was evening) and food wasn't very inspiring to say the least. For some reason and much to my regret I gave them a second chance a couple days later on 03/17/2022 at 10:45pm. It wasn't busy, about 4 cars infront of kiosk. Placed online order to pick up, took about 35mins to get to the kiosk (only 4 cars had been served) made it to the pickup window at 11:50, got rudely asked which order i was picking up and then never saw the employee again, after already having wasted that much time I wasnt prepared to waste anymore. Im sure about 15-20 cars went through the same experience as me. If its no late or sunday go to chic fil a instead...really...
The nighttime drive-through crew at this restaurant is a special kind of special. Left out my drink the first time I went through and served me a burger that had burned up crunchy stuff from the grill on it. Went back to remake the burger, and gave me someone else’s order entirely. At this point I just gave up. It is amazing to me how this restaurant even stays in business.
This mcdonalds at independence and bonney rd. Need help in reading or fulfilling orders correctly.was not satisfied with service.i did not receive the 2 apple pies,drink order and food order wrong! Drive thru was not busy at all.it was 11:37 a.m. i am seldom in the area of this store so to go all the way back is out of the question.my bad that i didn't check my order before i pulled off.
Ordered off uber dont understand how in a 10 min drive my whole order is cold a little ridiculous on the resturants part and how hard is it to full cook fries the machine does all the work
They got our order wrong 3 times....we finally gave up and trashed it then went somewhere else. Slow drivethru.
Everyone was super nice. They were all wearing masks and one supervisor was cleaning doors and handles. A manager helped an upset guest in front of me with ridiculous complaints, but she was very professional and nice and accommodating to him. Their lobby closes at 2 p.m. though - just so you're aware!
