Back once more. we go here often just for the outstanding she crab soup, don't review each visit, but last night chris and i decided to try a few different items.........here you go: we had a new server this visit- Elijah and he was outstanding. 6pm reservation and place was not overly busy, but soon after our room was full - Better make Reservations.apps to start: SHE CRAB SOUP-cup - steamed clams white sauce - 1 meatball.happy hour wine half off by the glass: 2 each - Reddinner: chris tried the Portabella Parmigiana - with broccoli side - Manicotti for me.....we shared a Caesar salad too.
My work team and I are here for a tradeshow (from Oregon) and we had the absolute pleasure of dining here tonight. The food was great but the best part was the bartender and our server, Abigail! She was very attentive, great personality and just a fun person to meet. You have an awesome, friendly and hard working employee with her. She's a keeper!
Mannino's in Kempsville/Princess Anne Blvd is outstanding! Our favorite Italian restaurant in Hampton Roads. Chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm are perfectly breaded... pomodoro sauce is delicious. She Crab soup is a MUST! Always a delicious meal. Staff are very friendly and professional! Highly recommended if you are looking for a great Italian dinner.

1st time patrons @ Mannino's Italian Bistro, highly recommend dinners, dining experience. Appetizer gargorlaza bruschetta was the best we've ever eaten, anywhere!! Our fine waiter Dave was very professional, personable & very informative in helping us making the right selections. The lobster ravioli, unbelievably delish, veal parm, omg...Our new must every time we"re in VA beach! Thank you for an enjoyable, delicious & memorable dinner.?
Food was incredible— fresh and flavorful. Our waitress Lisa (oceanfront location 6/4) anticipated our needs, made great recommendations, and went above and beyond in her care of us and our 3 y/o.
Our server Julie is truly an amazing person. She does her job and does it well. She made sure that we have what we wanted. I had fettuccine alfredo and had a lot leftover to take home. She even gave me extra cream and parmesan cheese to add to it when I reheat to make it creamy again. A great tip which I have never thought of myself. Very attentive and so friendly. The food is great and portions are very generous. I wish that I had a million dollars because that's what I would have left to her for a tip. She deserves it. Everyone of the servers at Mannino's are awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would. I would definitely go back to Mannino's If we ever visit Virginia again . Omg this place. Where do I begin? The she crab soup I'd heard was the best in town so I had to the try it. They. We're. Not. Lying. I've ventured all over the DMV and VB area in search of the best she crab soup and let me tell you. THIS PLACE DELIVERS. On all fronts! The appetizers are amazing. The drinks are amazing. The food in its entirety is amazing. To boot, the staff is unparalleled. You get the small town, family owned feel with being overwhelmed or oversold. Lisa is the best, most attentive without being an overbearing waitress I've come across and I have worked in the industry for years. The hostess, Lisi, is also so personable and her recommendations are always on point. Moral of the story: everything and everyone is amazing and you're doing a disservice if you skip this place. 20/10 would recommend.
We had the scampi fra diavolo and della casa. Both were excellent. The service was fast and the waitress was extremely nice. We will def go back.
We had an excellent meal here with Gene as our waiter. The food was wonderful and Gene made the experience fun! Definitely recommend!
