Great food and staff! I'm always happy when I'm at Lendy's.
Entire family was hungry and we stopped at Lendys on a whim. Super good food and friendly owner. Support for our troops is always a plus. Cant recommend enough 5 star
On vacation and we went for music bingo tonight. So much fun and the staff, food and atmosphere were all wonderful. Best burger we have had all week. Would definitely recommend!
Had dinner here with family from out of town. Took a long time for food but they warn you before you order. Just make sure server doesnt put part of order on back of ticket or you have to inquire & those missed orders go back to kitchen. Didn't think my poor starving niece & her grandparents would ever get to eat. Food was good when it came.
This applies to this visit only. There with a group. Service was okay, appeared better for most of the party. Food was disappointing partially because I ordered wimpy flavor and partly because my chicken fingers were pretty overcooked and dry. Half way through my meal the server showed up and refilled the waters. Checked for other refills. I asked for one so she took the cup but never returned until everyone was leaving. She did get me a to go box since I stopped eating because I had no drink.I hope this is a one off situation. I have eaten there before and not had complaints but it'd been many years. Others in my group were satisfied with their meals. I'll give it another shot and say it's worth checking out but if I see service like this again there it will be the last time. I also recommend against the wimpy sauce. It has absolutely no flavor at all. I just don't like too spicy but will try hot next, the next level up.
TLDR People: Owner is AWESOME, staff are incredibly friendly, fish and chips were delicious, crispy and piping hot. I will most definitely be back!To those that appreciate a thoughtful, genuine review, read on:I've wanted to try Lendy's for a while now but just haven't had the time to go to a restaurant for a sit down meal. Last night found me with a free night to myself and in need of dinner. Once again, Lendy's popped into my mind. I pulled them up on Google, as many of us do nowadays, and read through the comments. I didn't bother reading the good comments, no, no, I skipped straight to the few bad ones that I could find. Let me just say, when I read the owner's hilarious replies to customers who were CLEARLY lying/not telling the whole story, I decided then and there I wanted to go. Now, there were a couple reviews that were less that 4 stars and the owner also replied to those, with sincerity and compassion. He asked if they could personally reach out to him and apologized if they had an experience that may have been subpar. This really impressed me, too. An owner who cares enough to reply to as many comments as they possibly can, be it good or bad, says a lot. So, I drove the 6 minutes it took me to get down to Lendy's and I went in. The bar tenders greeted me and told me to sit wherever I'd like. Immediately I had a gentleman come up and ask for my drink order. When he came back with my beverages, I thought I would make small talk and tell him the cheeky reason I decided to finally give Lendy's a try. Was I beyond surprised (and a little red) when the man taking care of me and with whom I shared my story was actually THE OWNER!!! He shook my hand and we chatted for a little bit. He took excellent care of me and the food was absolutely delicious. It honestly surpassed all of my expectations. I was never without a drink, my meal came out fast, it was piping hot and delicious, and I was constantly being checked in on by the staff. Fish and chips, 3 tequila shots and a diet soda and it was $34, which was more than reasonable. I will definitely, without question, be back to Lendy's and I highly recommend them. You CANNOT be the service, the food, or the owner's jocular wit.
I'm guessing Lendy's used to be a great spot for wings, but has since fallen. I've ordered from here twice, just in case the first time was a fluke, but both orders had the same problems. The wings themselves aren't bad, but the coating is borderline none existent. My first order was the honey oldbay, and as I ate them I had to keep reminding myself what flavor I ordered. The second was the atomic. As there are several hot-sounding flavors, I assumed this to be one of the hottest - but it just.. wasn't (and I don't handle heat particularly well).If this was the only issue, I'd settle for a mediocre score, but both times my fries were overcooked and unsalted and on my second order one of my sides was forgotten completely - despite being charged for it and it still being listed on the receipt on the bag.I do not recommend eating here, when there are so many better options out there.
Awesome homemade sauces, fair prices, good size portions. I have had wings, Burgers, Chicken sandwiches, steamed shrimp all on point. Good beer selection and nicely poured drinks. This is why I return weekly. Ken don’t change anything.
I ordered from this place because I heard someone raving about the wings. This was the nastiest food I have ever encountered. I ordered a dozen wings and and ended up receiving all drums. If I wanted all drums I would have selected all drums. Then I was The wings were chewy. I also ordered the fish and chips. Disgusting!!! The batter was still wet on the inside. I mean it was just gross. I was told there was a party of 200 people there so that’s why all this happened. I will never ever eat from this place again. If I could give zero stars I would.
