HANDS DOWN THE BEST FOOD. Very cheap prices also!! Friendly service! Love love LOVE! 5 stars

For many years, I have gone to Laguna Bakery for delicious Filipino food. I have always been greeted with hospitality and kindness as a customer. I highly recommend the store and the food. I have always enjoyed the food and experience. I got to appreciate the Filipino culture on active duty in the navy and have made lifetime friends and learned the culture. Love these awesome people.

When you walk in and they tell you they are out of food unless you're from door dash then that is a bad experience. There was food in all of the trays but they refused to sell it to customers in the store because they reserved it for delivery services. How do you justify that? I definitely will not be returning if that is the business model that they are using.

Horrible owner and very poor customer service! Food is prepared way below the Filipino standards. If there’s a zero on this review, i would give them zero or negative. Bad business establishment! STAY AWAY! Go to Oriental Kainan instead!

Was there for a day trip with my family and was excited to order foods but am kinda unsure and dismayed of the taste the lumpia is like pasty

The service was excellent and the food was very good. The pepperoni bread was outstanding and the lumpia was good and the pancit needed a little more seasoning and some vegetables. The dessert that we bought was bread with cream cheese and we enjoyed it. We can't wait for our next visit.

Ready to eat food is...meh, too pricey for the value. I do like the cleanliness of the place & this is the second time stopping by to check things out. Decided to get the "ube" bread smothered with sugar (not good for diabetics & health conscious), got home and checked it out. The "ube" is definitely NOT ube. It's colored purple raw bread dough like consistency until I opened it and saw the inside which explained why those 2 women couldn't tell me if it's real ube or at least ube camote. Instead, they were very defensive about my inquiries, and both repeatedly told me it was made back there. I never asked where it was made from but they both kept deflecting and avoiding my simple question. This purple stuff tastes like semi baked flour dough, covered with purple food coloring, with no flavor & straight up super sweet. I grew up with family and friends cooking & farming ube and ube camote from Hawaii to Cali. I know my roots. This bread is straight up comatose sweet and that's about it! What a waste of time and money. Shameful too!

The service here is great and the food is even better I have yet to try something that wasn’t amazing! I was here New Year’s Eve and it was packed!!! The girl at the register was a machine and the orders were flying out the door, but they were still as calm and nice as any other day.

This is what the lumpia looked like that I bought here, and I bought 50 of them for a party. I should’ve opened it when I picked up but usually Filipino food is on point and served with pride. This was the WORST lumpia I have ever had and I was so embarrassed to serve it. The pancit tasted horrible as well. So I wasted almost $80 because all of the food was thrown in the trash. I contacted the restaurant and they would only give me half of my money in a store credit.

Laguna is the most nastiest Filipino restaurant ever! Both food and customer service. I was there on a day where a lady was told by the owner to come the day before because they ran out of ensaymada. The lady only wanted 4 as she was promised. On the day she came back to get them, the owner told her she had to buy 10. The lady was questioning it saying she only wanted 4. The owner raised her voice to the customer and said you have to buy 10 or leave! The customer was not even being disrespectful, she was quite pleasant. Then the owner said "Try me!" I could not believe my ears! We all walked out of this disgusting restaurant and will never, ever come back! I don't recommend this place at all, there are so many Filipino restaurants in the area that taste much better and respects their customers!
