Apparently it’s a requirement to be a miserable person and rude to customers to work in the deli. Doesn’t matter when you go, how busy or who’s working ALWAYS ignorant and angry that they have to help you. Plan on standing there for 20 mins minimum even if you’re the only customer in deli.Management, you should really address this!!!!
For the love of all things holy, STOP rearranging the store, and kindly put it back the way it was.
This store seems to be poorly managed. Today 4 of the electronic shopping carts were out of order.Lea ing none available This is a regular occurrence. No one seems to care. The store is not clean. Lobby smells and often dirty and disorganized. The vegetables are often wilted and sloppily arranged. Overall store seems like its on the verge of closing. Nothing like other Krogers in Virginia Beach. Sad.
KROGER HAS GREAT SALES WEEKLY?
The bakery has severely disappointed me. The people were rude and unprofessional, the cake was slapped together last minute, wasn't the kind that we ordered and looked horrible! I've never been so disappointed in a Kroger bakery before. Go to any other Kroger for a better experience.
Friendly service and clean store; but very frequently out of stock for many items that we shop for. Seems like more often than not.
This is where I do the majority of my shopping. The variety and quality of the food offered is top notch, only surpassed by their incredible customer service. I always feel welcome and helped by the staff whenever I shop (in store or curbside pickup).
My first time stopping at this Kroger. I have been a Kroger shopper since before they came to this market. Looked around inside the store and outside the store. No carts or baskets in sight. They had some carts all over the parking lot but apparently the employees are more valuable than customers and they expect the customers to gather the carts and bring them in. My last stop here, going across the street to Harris Teeter.
Chiquita is an awesome cashier. She remembers us each week and is happy and pleasant. Always wears her mask too. Thank you Chiquita!
Ordered the caramel cake. Fresh, delicious. Could not have made better at home. Maybe my Nanny but not I. Kroger Bakery on Independence is that xcellent. Wonderful customer service.
