This was one of the worse Krispy Kreme locations that I have been to. I was waiting in line for 35 minutes and still had to wait another 20 to get my order. And then, they double charged me. Upon my return to get a refund for one of those charges, the manager took another 40 minutes to assist. However I’m wondering, how can someone be put in a managers position and they don’t know how to do refunds. If you want Krispy Kreme, go to a different location.
I’m disappointed this location doesn’t offer a military discount when it’s right between two military bases, and the amount of people in the area that are military. Will not return to this location as they don’t support the armed forces unlike other locations. Not including the fact that I had said I wanted chocolate sprinkle doughnuts, and they literally just frosted them with chocolate. I didn’t have time to turn around, and I wasn’t pleased with the employed attitude when asking about the discount either. Terrible location. Recommend going somewhere else.

Came here for my birthday and Whitney was so very patient, positive, and charismatic. She didn’t make the drive thru experience boring but made it fun and made the experience comfortable. Definitely will be looking for her next time I come!
This place was a mess. Manager was rude. I get being understaffed but there was no reason to be nasty to people and treat them like they are idiots. I had a mobile order and was told i had to come inside to get it so I did, I stood at the area marked with the sign for mobile order pick up along with 2 other customers. After a few minutes the Manager yelled at us that the line was over there and pointed to regular line as if we were supposed to know they weren't following the regular mobile order protocol. The other 2 customers had been waiting for a while. It was a mess so i just left.
I love Krispy Kreme. I usually stop by on Sundays for a treat. Everything is always fresh. I have noticed the excellent customer service here several times. One day 2 teens boys were working the window, preparing donuts and helping customers. I asked if they could take tips and they said no. The girl at the window is always very nice. They deserve to have tips. I have a store and we added a tip line for credit cards. It really helps with their take home pay and motivates employees to have outstanding customer service. KRISPY KREME!!! Yeah baby. I grew up with these in Tidewater. My goodness they taste the same. ❤️ ? ? just had a spur of the moment, did not care that the sign was not on. I wanted REAL donuts.
Store is open but doors are locked no sign as to why. Then they take forever in the drive through and don’t even say anything to you when you pull up at the drive through just let you sit there without asking you to wait. That’s just horrible customer service in my eyes.
I've never had a fresh Krispy Kreme donut before and my husband has always talked about how amazing they are. Finally drove by this one and the light was on, so we stopped. I wasn't disappointed! Warm donuts fresh off the conveyor live up to all the hype!Also, the nicest staff here. They were friendly and so fun and definitely went above and beyond to make it a great experience.If you guys can see this, thank you and keep up the great work! God bless!!
Absolutely the worst Krispy Kreme as far as customer service. Placed an online order, paid for it and went to pick it up. Went through drive through and asked if they had the order and was told yes and to pull around. Went to the window and sat there about 6 or 7 minutes. Four employees walked by the window and saw us and not one ever acknowledged us. We finally had to go inside to get the order and then when leaving there was a snide remark made. Need to teach your employees customer service.
