Stopped by for a quick desert reward and we went to the right spot. Plenty of inventory to choose from, clean interior, quick service, and it wasn't too crowded inside. Drive thru seemed stacked but that's to be expected.Love being able to see the donuts being prepared in the back. And I didn't realize there was shirts and other swag to buy. Kinda cool!
I love Krispy Kreme and choose them over their competitors in the area as my favorite. I visited the only location in Virginia Beach on Sunday, May 22,2022 because I wanted to get one of their new cinnamon buns, only offered on Sundays, and I wanted to try the new honey pull apart. While I was there I also decided to grab a favorite of mine,a raspberry filled donut. The donuts have always been fresh and delicious any time I have visited my Krispy Kreme, and I have gone at all times, day and night, weekends and weekdays but this time the donuts were stale! It was like they were from the day before. The actual donut wasn’t soft and fresh Line normal, they were dry and the outer frosting/glaze was wet as if they were from the day before, again not fresh like normal. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to return to the store or I definitely would’ve gone back and complained and requested a refund. I attempted to submit an email through the app but never received a response. I’m not sure what was going on that day but it will be awhile before I crave Krispy Kreme again after receiving stale donuts.
Fresh, hot, and fast! Went in today, mother's Day; yes there was a line. Did not expect to be in and out as fast as I was. Every single employee was helping to streamline filling orders and getting orders to the customer as well as.... Making the donuts!I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants a fresh, hot donut as well as great customer service!!!! Thank you guys and gals keep up the great work!!!
Went thru drive thru in the morning, the lady taking orders was very rude in the way she talk to customers, upon ordering she said my total was $5.52 as I approached the window with correct change somehow total went yo $9.52 and gave a hateful look when it handed her the change when the price for doughnuts increase by $4 upon going to window. Crispy Crème lost this veteran from buying from them again. Stop the attitude and tell me how order was one total and when it went yo the window the price increased by $4 price gouging at its best? Im done with this place.
Nothing like fresh, warm donuts with my morning coffee! My husband has the app so we bought one dozen donuts and got one dozen free. We shared it with my brother-in-law and the rest of the family.
As always, staff are pleasant and cheerful. Love how they interact with my children and truly willing to help my children in their selection. Never pushing or rushing to move their line asking. Watching the donuts being made is our favorite moment to go when we are having a sweet tooth.
I went to this location and purchased two gift cards in December. Handed the cashier cash. Tried to use one of the gift cards this evening and the store staff ( different store) said the card is inactive and no money on the gift card. Please someone in leadership contact me regarding obtaining a refund. I still got my receipt.
I ordered 6 chocolate covered, cream filled doughnuts, I received 6 ordinary doughnuts with slight amount of of glaze for $9.75.I was at the window and had announced the 6 Chocolate covered, cream filled doughnuts, again. I received the 6 ordinary doughnuts with a slight bit of glaze on the bottom. Needless to say I will forever now check the food at the window.I paid full price for the chocolate covered, cream filled and did not even get close to what I had ordered, 4 times when I was there.So I would say my order sucked.
Friendly and well staffed location. Decent selection and definitely yummy. There was a young man cleaning the guest area, but it seemed like it needed it. Bathroom could have been cleaner but wasn't bad.
The only thing is we missed the hot light. But warm or cold these doughnuts hit. Sweet and soft and delectable. All we needed was a glass of milk. A half dozen was around eight bucks. The line was long but we didn't wait long. THE BEST FRIED DOUGH I KNOW. ?
