We went for my freinds birthday. First time going and the staff were really nice and made sure we were satisfied. Karaoke was great rooms were clean.
The food is great, the staff is really nice , its a place you can go with friends, family and even as a couple ,and you would feel really comfortable just being there

Had lunch here in January. I had a vague memory of visiting a few years ago and looked for it after a craving for Korean food. I’m so glad I re-discovered this place! During the weekday lunch hour, it wasn’t too busy. The first time back, we ordered galbi and bulgogi. Loved it so much we came back two weeks later and had lunch bimbimbap. The service is fast and friendly. They take your temperature when you walk in the door. They have a QR code for the menu. Once you order, the food is ready in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for lunch break.I was fond of all of the dishes. Absolutely no complaints. Each dish tasted fresh and flavorful. Kalbi is my favorite!Used the bathroom while there and it was nice & clean. There are also a lot of karaoke rooms!
It was ok , they can do a little better on the table. Like for example I order my bibimbap and it wasent on a stone plate I was just rice and veggies. I love Kbbq but this one's not gonna be on My save places. I still like more the one I did a review on Richmond. If you follow my reviews follow me you'll see I try to visit an extence variety of restaurants amd places for you guys to choose from . This particular place has a karaoke room and all it's very clean ,nice servers but I could get my head around some thing that weren't like usually authentic kbbq. The meat comes cooked from the kitchen they just heat it up in front of you. The kimbab roll was good no meet tho. My bibimbap was cold . The steam egg was huge nice hot. The black bean noodles where good tho . I give them 3 start cause they didn't explain the stome.plate situation and you could not grill your own meat. Plus the karaoke rooms are so close you can hear the people shouting .
Really good food. Awesome portions. Most dishes serve 2-3 people. The only way you're spending a lot is if you're like me and you like to sample dishes. The spicy pork was delicious but I will warn you it has some kick to it!! Our server was friendly and he definitely did not disappoint. The hot pot was a bit overwhelming in terms of the amount of food but we took it home and ate it the next day.

I walked in and was looking forward to having a good experience. After I asked if it was self seating, I sat down and asked for a ginger ale and an ice water. I received a little more than half a glass of ginger ale and no water. A family came in behind me and was escorted and the person brought them menus and drinks right away and I never got my menu even though I walked in first and asked for them. The employee never checked back in on me and after a few minutes I got up and walked out. The place wasn’t even that busy and I looked the employee in the eye while that person event back to the family twice and never came back to me and even settled a bill for two ladies that were there before me. I never write negative reviews because I have worked in customer service and I know they can be subject to interpretation, but there was no room to misinterpret the treatment I received. I would give it zero stars, but to post a review, I had to give one star.
