Not sure if it is new ownership or what. I used to LOVE this place. This time around, not friendly at all. Got my order wrong, and when I got my $7 drink, it was 90% ice.
Pretty bad customer service or just confusion on my part. I am used to just ordering boba like "mango boba please." And I expect a mango-flavored drink with black chewy tapioca pearls at the bottom. However, the concept here was that the tapioca pearls had their flavor and then the drink had its different flavor. I ended up somehow ordering a Passionfruit Mango Boba which meant a passionfruit-flavored drink with mango-flavored pearls which I did not like because passionfruit isn't my favorite... and then the pearls themselves instead of being chewy just pop in your mouth which makes for a weird experience that might be better or worse depending on the person. The Purple Love drink is good though (taro). Don't be confused as I was, and you might like it better.
Fresh, not powder teas, delicious, caffeine free selection was awsome!!! Things were clearly labeled and staff was very kind, a great stop.

The milk t was pretty good. I could tell that the tea was authentic and not powder mt. they gave me half the amount of topping other shop would have given though so for the price they charge. The experience was not worth it.
the tea was really good! and the workers are very friendly and it’s a nice clean atmosphere. 10/10 would go again!!
