We visited the Lynn haven Mall location, ordered a Strawberry milk tea with Strawberry Boba. The taste was different. I ask to get something else and was advised they did use a different ingredient from the norm due to being out of stock. I was advised they do not take refunds (I didnt want my money back) I requested to select something different of equal value. If you tell me you have improvised on your product (taste like medicine) why wouldn't you accommodate your customers? Horrible customer service experience. I ask them to toss the drink and I was out of 8.00. I will not do business with them again!
cashier was super cute and sweet, she has glasses and brown hair. the strawberry banana smoothie was Y U M but my milk tea didn’t have any flavor and just tasted like milk.
I gave 3 stars because I was faithfully going to the location at the oceanfront until they closed for the season, so I started visiting the Lynnhaven location. Now the fact that it's in the mall means that the trip won't be quick which is ok. However, once they changed the popping bubble recipe that's a negative game changer! The bubbles are smaller and the skin on them are thicker!!! Which means that you'll have you chew your way to enjoyment. The skin takes like the skin of a gel vitamin capsule. They must do better for $8 a drink.
Yesterday I came in and took a picture for snapchat. I’m not sure if they are frustrated because of covid but they told mall security I was writing down the menu.Trying to blow up the most simplest thing.So unfortunate, I bought two drinks.Everyone takes pictures at bubble tea shops, ridiculous.
Drinks are just ok nothing spectacular and they are over priced. The customer service really sucks. Kung Fu Tea or Gong Cha are better.
Horrible Customer Service!!. Got 2 teas, one was Oreo milk tea. Have had one from here before but this time, it tasted like water with cookie crumbs floating around in it. Told associate it had no taste and asked to remake it. Said they wouldn't remake or refund. Now stuck with a $16 cup of water and cookie crumbs. Would definitely not recommend.
I would highly recommend. I got the strawberry milk tea with boba - it’s not cheap (~$4.50 + $0.75 for boba), but it tasted delicious. Also had the brown sugar milk tea with boba - tried it at 50% sweet and it barely tasted like anything, so I’d recommend getting the regular sweetness.Also tried a macaroon, it was delicious ($3 each). The one I got was creme brûlée. I would have tried other flavors, but that total was getting pretty high ? Anyway I recommend it if you like bubble tea!

I love getting boba here whenever I’m at the mall! This place has great boba however, it’s the mall.. the workers are slow and sometimes not the nicest. They also stopped doing punch cards for some reason :(
