Went there to pick up a doordash order for someone. Order wasn't ready. No one greeted the three people waiting in the lobby. One guy demanded his money back but the employees made him wait for his food instead. The girl with the pink dreads was yelling at another employee in the back and then went into an office to hide instead of helping her customers. Overall, terrible service.
The absolute worst customer service ever. If you're too lazy to bother having your dining room open, put a sign on the door. Had to ask for the sauce that came with our meals and then asked again at the window and it still wasn't in the bag. Had to go through the drive thru again to try and get the rest of the food we ordered and she had an attitude the entire time. Wow im sorry to inconvenience you by asking for all the food we paid for. The biscuits were flat and smashed and completely inedible and the mac and cheese was half a serving. We asked for another mac and cheese and she snatched it back. Then she slammed the window shut and walked away before we had finished asking for the rest of what we needed.
Ordered a combo in the drive thru and paid for an extra biscuit. Checked my food and didn’t have either of the 2 biscuits in my order and then was told they were out of biscuits, but they gave me 2 cookies…then gave me “my money back”, which is the sale price for the one biscuit of $1.19.Also fries were cold. Not a great experience.
Came in for chicken and, was told they were almost all out.... its kfc? Kentucky fried chicken? Wym you're out?
This KFC is certainly not their best Is bones my pot pie Which was mostly dark meatNo senior drinks Tables not clean .
Put the wrong food in my bag. Food was not what I ordered but chicken is great and crispy.
Lately since getting the chicken sandwhich they have been much better. Order was actually crispy and rest of food items where fresh. They have great deals on family meals
Horrible customer services I told the girl I wanted FRESH chicken wings and this what I get NEVER again the chicken was old as S*** and hard !! I should’ve went to the one of Virginia Beach blvd this one is not it, not to mention I didn’t get the 6 piece wings I ordered or my biscuit!!! And for them to get an attitude because all my food was not in the bag is beyond me !

Seriously the lady told me it was a $2.50 upcharge to coat the tenders in bbq sauce and I get this! Since when??? I'm bout done eating out and supporting business that don't care anymore. It's not just fast food either these workers are ruining business because they just don't care.
