Opened my bowl up to find multiple black hairs in my food. When I called about it, they didn’t even sound surprised.. just told me to come back. I gave them the bowl through the drive thru window and they didn’t say anything.. they just immediately shut the window and came back with a new one. I really didn’t want a new one. I didn’t even eat it. I wanted a refund but I didn’t want to go through that or be a ***** when they just made another one… but yeah… never eating there again. Also, I called corporate and they said someone would get back to me about the issue and no one ever did. Shows how much they care.
I didn't get what I ordered. It didn't taste very fresh. I wish I would have taken it back but I didn't, most of it got trashed.
The team made everything fresh and brought to the car. My only suggestion would for them to cook the beyond products in different oil. It stops being Vegan because chicken has been cooked in that oil
I got what we expected, hot, greasy, spiced chicken with tasty American sides, food for four about 45 dollars.

Fries where cold and nasty. But the worst was the fact that someone bit a piece of my chicken wings and put it back bit side down so I wouldn't see it, which I didn't til I ate 2 wings and my sandwich........My thoughts...........what else did you do to my food.Whomever it was , should be fired immediately.
The spicy chicken wings are still awesome! Love them.
Boy has this place gotten more expensive! We got two strip meals. Had to ask for sauces since they didn't ask what kind we wanted when we ordered or got to the window. Girl at the window seemed to have an attitude after I asked for buffalo sauce. They failed to put a cookie in for one of the meals. Food was okay but would have gone next door if it had been open... Not the best experience but these days I guess you get what you get.
