I wish I could give them zero stars. So I was sitting outside 15 minutes before they opened. I went up to the door at 10:30 and a Caucasian guy was sweeping and looked my dead at my face and saw me try to open the door and didn’t open it. He could of at least told me I have to go through drive thru if they didn’t have enough people, which is not my fault. But he could’ve said something with his fat behind probably eating up all the chicken and don’t want anybody to have none.
Excellent place for your fried chicken craving. While there might be other locations that make fried chicken, you can't beat that signature flavor of 11 secret herbs and spices. Plenty of options if you want a simple two-piece meal or a full family meal. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. Recommended.
This was the nicest kfc I've been to in virginia, friendly staff, clean interior, quality music, and quality food. I've been to several kfc locations in virginia but none can compare to this one

The food is always great the people are so nice there but they always leave out one thing of our order every time .
I'm in love with the chicken tenders! Wish I could get Nashville sauce on the side. Best biscuits and cole slaw! We do like the mashed potatoes and gravy but it seems like they changed the gravy recipe, seems like something is missing in the flavor. Usually friendly and fast service but some days not so much.
I ordered almost $25 worth of food & get all the way home to find out they didn't give me the only order of fries that I ordered. I drive all the way back & when I ask to speak to the manager, the cashier looks toward the drive-thru & says "she's in the drive-thru." I stand there & ask again & after a hesitation she goes to tell her. Another 3 minutes later, the manager comes over. No problems giving me my money back for the fries & my chicken sandwich that was now cold, but when I do all she does is grab the bag with the sandwich & says is "have a nice night" as she's handing me my money. No apology for me missing dinner with the rest of my family or having to come all the way back (almost 10 minutes each way) because of their mistake.That's not bad customer service, it is absolutely no customer service at all.

I called to see why I was charged twice for my order and the employee cut me off before I could finish my question. She was rude and nasty. If this is how you treat your customers you need to fix the problem. I will move never go to this location again and I'm still calling the general manager about this situation
I went to this kfc lobby empty and no cars in drive threw. Asked for 2 4pcs all wings was told they couldn't do it. So ordered an 8pc figured I would get each part because I ordered extra crispy and original. That wasn't the case then they hid the breast that has probably been sitting there all.day at bottom of bucket nor did the guy cashier give me my recicpt because I asked him for honey and hot sauce.will not go back there. Lesson learnt.
