Blah...chicken overcooked, biscuits undercooked. KFC has changed and not for t he better. But...line was long and went quickly so there's that.
It's the best of the best of fried chicken chains. You can't go wrong with the flavor of 11 herbs and spices. Their chicken pairs great with their cole slaw because of the salty-sweet contrast. Their biscuits are nice and fluffy. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.
it was pouring outside and the girl at the drive thru window dropped my card while giving it back to me and i had to pull my car up and get soaking wet picking it up but she was really cute so i didn't mind
The guy at the window on 1/28 at 3:15…trash. My drink had so much ice you wouldn’t have know liquid was in the cup, I got mashed potatoes and couldn’t get a spoon or fork, couldn’t get my receipt. I’m just confused at this point.
This is a VERY dirty store. I waited more than 10 minutes to get my food. The workers don't practice good food handling procedures. No hand washing or charging gloves.....I had to insist on this. I felt sorry for the people who were coming into the store. They were going to wait a while. It's a wonder that the employees don't trip over the cups, boxes etc. all over the floor. My LAST time visiting here.
Ordered online and they won’t let me pickup my food at the window. I’m suffering from a recent sports injury and they won’t hand me the food that is already paid for. I asked and they would not give it to me at the window. What on Earth could be their justification for forcing a handicapped person to get out of their car to receive their order??? If there were a good reason, fine, but I asked for the food at the window only to get an oblivious blank stare from the mindless drone working the window, a shrug, and “it’s just policy”.You’re literally supposed to be a fast-food restaurant. Get it together.
Usually love everything here but last visit I specifically asked for mashed potato bowl minus the cornThe young lady in the drive put the order in CORRECTLY..however the line did not fix it that way and I did not discover until I got home..trash for me because I cannot eat corn.Not worth the riskBut have to commend the young lady for her professionalism and great manners
I ordered door dash from this location an hour and 10 minutes before they closed and they told the delivery driver they were out of chicken when she got there. Are you freaking kidding me? I’ve been a server for many years- if there is over an hour left you don’t make up a lie to avoid working by saying KFC is out of chicken. Unbelievable.
It took 30 mins for me to place a order on the inside and I was the only one on the inside. Manager and employees didn't even acknowledge me. They were too busy tending to drive-thru. I understand u may be short staffed but at least acknowledge your guest. ONE MOMENT ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU would suffice. Staff just ignorant and rude. I will not be back
