No frills. No frufru. Just damn good dogs. Very simple menu. The Norfolk is a natural casing dog. Chili goes good with it. Warning: the chili does have a little heat to it. Not the I'm going to die heat, just enough to remind you that it's chili and not cooked ground meat. Free refills on drinks to help with that Had the pot salad. Cold and delicious like God intended. Don't let the location bother you.
Nice little hot dog joint tucked into the business district of town center. Norfolk dogs ,New York hots and pretty tasty barbecue all day long. Strongly recommend if you have not been there before
Kevin’s was highly recommended to us and we finally were able to try it out for lunch. By far the best hotdog we’ve ever had! Great/friendly service and perfect sweet tea. We will be back!

Great dogs. For a while it has been hard to find a Norfolk Got Dog like Tony's had. But Kevin's was spot on. The chili had a small bite and was very tasty. Need a good dog? Go to Kevin's you'll be glad you did.
