Well maintained, clean, and friendly staff! Drinks are reasonably priced (for city prices) and the bathrooms were clean and didn't smell of urine!! There are also outside sitting smoking areas that are walled off so that way you can drink out there. First time ever there and was very pleased!
Have gone here several times but the last time was with out of town guests, telling them this place was great. Talk about a disappointment. Service was really slow even though it wasn't busy, food was way overcooked, not good at all and server was mostly unapologetic about it, just telling us there were new cooks. No offer to correct. Made us look bad and made kellys look bad. This was wed night. (7/6)
The staff was very friendly and very attentive for the group that I was with. This was the first time that I had been there and I was not disappointed.
We came here late (around 11pm) and were seated immediately with a party of 9. Staff was nice and checked on us in the beginning and brought our first appetizers out in a timely manner. We tried the steak bites and were pleased. Some of our party did not get their appetizers in a timely manner though and staff at this point had stopped checking on us. It did take a little bit longer for the entrees to come even though the restaurant was not busy. I got the fish tacos and thought they were really good. Some of the party was not too impressed with service/their meal but I thought it was pretty good. Not sure if I would return but it was a good first impression and would recommend if you need a late night eat in VA Beach
The food was ok, about what I expected. The servers that we worked with were amazing.I think the only real complaints are: there are no large booths, and pretzels are still on the menu although they aren't available.The lack of pretzels was bothersome, but I could look past it.The lack of large booths, though, is not conducive to me bringing more than one or two people with me.
First time eating here. Food was cold. Got the philly cheesesteak . It tasted horrible.Took a very long time to get served. Ridiculous way to run a business. Bad 1st impression.Best advise RUN!!! Go anywhere but don't waste your money here.Only liquor will keep this place in business. No wonder the dining room was dead. Sad, very sad.
Great food and atmosphere. Our waitress was not the best worried about her phone and larger group. Will go back nice place.
Great food. I love the atmosphere. The service is above excellent and the food is always top notch. Security handles any problem quickly, quietly and expertly ( although issues for which they are needed are extremely rare as this is an establishment with a fun loving and laid back patronage.) Management keeps the kegs full and the customers coming back for more. Overall an A+ spot for family, friends and coworkers to meet, mingle, wet their whistle (with a large selection of beers, whiskey and various spirits) and satisfy ones appetite with generous portions be they appetizers, fantastic burgers or an entree. I've found my home away from home and everybody there know my name.
Fun place but the service is not very good. Took over 30 min to get a drink. We ended up leaving before the food came d/t the waiting time.
Awesome food and customer service. I came in for lunch and Miriam took good care of me. Very friendly and attentive. Best hamburger i have had in town.
