Took 1hr and 23min to get to the window. Super slow. Close the lobby and do drive through only its just insane .

I came here for nostalgia's sake. Please people...if you are expecting Michelin-type food, why come to a fast-food place. Most people come here, hopefully, because we grew up loving this type of feel-good quick fix food. Jollibee will always be jollibee. Again, come here for the memories. It wont disappoint. Well, the wait-time can always see an improvement. Thanks jollibee VA beach for opening again

June 18,2020 I went to line and buy my food and it takes 35mins to wait for my foods.Cashier not using gloves and touching food The same time and the cook touching the chicken also and not using gloves.I only saw one person using gloves....Poor management and they need to wear gloves and hair net .

Food is different than the "American Taste" since it is aimed at the taste of Filipino Americans. Visiting this restaurant is mainly a trendy visit to nostalgia of what filipinos crave for (not the resto but rather a taste of their country via this resto) I get it and so the managers and employees of this establishment which is why it seems like they don't care about expediting things when providing service. For those of us that drive far to get a taste this place, we would like to experience better service as in the Philippines. This place could be a lot more but they are not at that level yet; hopefully they will someday soon. Sincerely, Frequent Visitor

So if you are looking at eating at Jollibee hopefully you are already tracking their menu. It’s different. Specialties are chicken and spaghetti but it’s Asian based. They offer a couple of traditional Filipino dishes. The service was decent, but the other reviews are correct that it is busy....extremely. I would recommend it if you prefer these foods or want to experience something different but if your a picky eater just the chicken dippers and move on.

We went on a Saturday during the Polynesian festival at Virginia Beach and decided to try this out since we don't have locations in Maryland. I'm from Hawaii and I know that there is 2 locations there but I've never eaten at one. I figured that my mom makes similar food so what's the sense in ordering Filipino food in Hawaii when I can get it for free? But I digress, I am now a Maryland transplant and I can't cook Filipino food to save my life so looking for Filipino dishes is a thing with me and my husband. The chicken is good, crispy and juicy. It's not alot of seasonings if you're used to KFC or Popeyes. The spaghetti, I just had to try it but nothing to write about it. I guess it's nostalgic, it taste very similar to the one that my mom and aunt would make. I always thought it was normal to eat spaghetti with hot dogs, lol it's really sweet so if you're diabetic, take a few bites and call it a day. It was super crowded, barely any seats. Bathrooms clean. Next time, when we visit there, I'll try it out again.

Cashier was more worried about gossiping than taking our order. Once we got our order it was wrong. I told the manager on duty who replied..."It's OK" , the chicken was not cooked all the way, the breading on the chicken was soggy and my sweet spaghetti was not sweet spaghetti. I have had sweet spaghetti in Guam at jollibee and at a friends house who is Philippino....Jollibee in Virginia Beach is a joke and waste of money.

First I’d like to say the staff was very friendly and were working as fast as they could. So I assume they need more workers because after my order I waited 50 minutes to receive my food. Since this was my first time I was really excited to try it out. I ordered chicken and spaghetti, chicken with palabok, pineapple drink and peach mango pies. The chicken and the pies were good. I also like the pineapple drink. The spaghetti and the palabok must be an acquired taste. I didn’t care for either one. It must be just me because the place was packed. I’m glad I finally tried it but I will not be back.

This Jollibee location has a big potential to earn more if it’s managed correctly. It is so unorganized, we waited in line for half an hour just to be told the order will take an hour to be done. They should expect a huge flow of people since it’s the 4th of July weekend. We walked away with only drinks. Never going back here.

chicken is phenomenal! Texture and taste man you’ll forget your wife!!! 10 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ way better than KPC, Bojangles, Popeyes etc!!!
