Store was so good I had to make my first review. I don't know who the guy was but his laugh was contagious and brightened my day. The girls working with him were very sweet too. They all were working their tails off and showing amazing teamwork and positive attitudes. The bathroom and store itself were kept very tidy ( not like some of the other Jimmy John's I've been too) and the subs I ordered were spot on with right portions and taste. I think I found my new Jimmy John's spot
Freaky SLOW. I visited here on vacation and highly disappointed, management was awful, crew was decent. It's very unsanitary. They just make and eat food like they don't have to pay. Let me get a job there so I can eat free everyday like they do. Just a horrible spot to eat. Highly recommend eating somewhere else near by. #Freakygross #freakyslow #freakyawful #freakybad #freakybarf
Placed an order 1 hr and 1/2 later spoke with manager to see where the order was first he told me I must have ordered from the wrong location. After I gave him the address he said it was already delivered. Wrong again it was a cash order so if it was delivered who paid for it. Then he said he would resend it I asked how long it would take and he got rude last time I order from the main St location in vb
I ordered bacon on my sandwich but it wasn’t on my sandwich ? adding bacon is an extra $2.30, just disappointing.
Highly disappointed in the service today. I always order from this location (delivery & pick up) & never have any problems. Today I wasn’t greeted walking in (as they usually do), I got to the counter to order & the cashier just stared at me, I had to engage conversation like “So are you ready for my order?” & when my sandwich was finished it wasn’t even called out that it was done, it was just tossed on the counter. I love jimmy johns and frequently have lunch here on my breaks but I won’t be back to this location.
I was welcomed with a humorous greeting as soon as I walked into the door. The man taking my order answered any questions I had about the menu, and my food was ready in 2min. The sandwich was amazing, and the fresh bread was everything I love about it. I worked for JJ in the past and it was great to feel a part of the camaraderie. Y'all are amazing! Keep that energy up!
My experience with this location has encouraged me to write my first review. I've order from this location a few times and it's known for taking a long time but one day it was taking longer than their "norm", so I called after an hour or so of waiting to get an update. The manager answered and begin yelling that we should be more patient, that they are understaffed and overworked and he continued with his rant and said you will get a refund and then hung up on me. I am a very friendly and professional person and I was in complete shock at the manager's response. I ended up calling the corporate office to ensure I received my money back. Will never order from this place again!
You want a sub? Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on this Jimmy John's. Have tried dining in at this location as well as delivery. Both times the service and experience were awful.Dining in, the staff were rude an unprofessional. We watched as the delivery driver struggled to understand what orders were needed to head out the door while a customer who placed an order to be picked up on store had to wait an additional 15minutes to receive his food, not to mention we waited nearly 20minutes for our food. Thinking it was a one off experience we tried for delivery. Waiting 45+ minutes as I type. Tried calling and the phone just rings and rings.Won't come back for a 3rd time. Have learned my lesson the hard way.
If its going to be 45 minutes to an hour to deliver less than 5 minutes away at least call the person and give them the option to pick it up themselves.
I walked down from my nearby apartment to get food . Sign on door said “Closed due to staffing shortages” knock if placing a pickup order. Okay ??
