Delicious tuna sub with outstanding toppings offered. Friendly employees but I was disappointed when I asked how their app and rewards worked because I hoped to get a discount on my order. I was also extremely disappointed when I asked Michael for a cup of pickles on the side and also a cup of cucumber slices. My sandwich was already prepared and wrapped by a very nice young lady but I wasn’t sure if they’d made it messy enough for me so I asked for the 2 little cups prior to leaving. Michael was handling the register and money so I immediately noticed he didn’t change his gloves to pick up and pack the pickles and cucumbers. He was so nice that I didn’t scold him but I did not eat them either. It just dawned on me that he contaminated the rest of the pickles and cucumbers he touched with the gloves and no utensils.
My Vito sub was delicious but, after I finish my soda Thanks alot Jimmy John's of Landstowne black pieces from y'all soda machine was in my drink.?
It was ok. Pretty dead even around lunch time. Not well stocked either. There were three people working and I didn't get greeted and stood around for a while, while one person was working on slicing and one was cleaning tables and the other was in the back. I ordered and the same person on the register made my sandwich (which was fine but there were two other people in the store - it wasn't fast by any means). She also assumed I had a card payment and so I had to leave my cash on the counter till after she made the sandwich. It was made correctly, although there wasn't much sauce on it. Not like the Jimmy John's I'm used to in Chesapeake. All in all, an ok experience. I see why it isn't very busy.
Fast service and the spicy Italian sub was really good .
Just ordered 2 giant 18 inch subs for delivery. One was the veggie. On unwrapping the VEGGIE sub it had 5 pieces of sliced tomatoes almost non existence shredded lettuce. The cheese was a very thin layer. I can't eat cucumbers or avocado so at 13 dollars for that sub was a bit of an over kill. Sorry Jimmy John's your quality of subs has really taken on the pits.
I ordered delivery on the app. Someone called from the store 20 minutes later to tell me that they have no delivery drivers and I'd need to pick it up if I still want it. I ordered delivery because I just had a baby and am home with a newborn and a toddler. I couldn't go pick up the food.Other times, when they have delivery drivers,, they would just leave my food outside on the ground, ring the bell, and leave.I'm no longer ordering from this location.
Do not come here... slowest JJs I have ever ordered from. Waited over 35 minutes for 2 subs. Horrible
Ordered subs for dinner, waited an hour, no subs. Called the store and the young man claimed that he called us 3 times (which they didn’t) and said oh my bad I guess the call didn’t go through. Like he doesn’t know how phone calls work?
This place constantly claims my phone number is out of service when clearly it is not. Today they claimed they called 3 times, but they voided my order because they had no delivery driver. The last time, they delivered my order to the wrong house, again claiming my number was not in service. Both times I had to call over an hour later to see where on earth my food was.
Sandwiches made to order, and racks of freshly made bread. Fresh, quality ingredients. I tried a Cubano, and not bad at all, this far north of Havana and Miami. And securely wrapped for carry-out. Make sure that if you want the combo (with chips and drink) you specify that at the beginning of the order – it seems that otherwise the order has to be re-entered, including all of the ingredient that you have carefully selected for your gourmet sandwich. Energetic, young team that Jimmy has put together: kudos to the manager. The decoration is a bit ... unique - Jimmy John must have been a special character - but you are coming here for the food and not decorating tips.
