This place has really gone down hill. Every time I get my hopes up that the simplest orders are made, something else is wrong. Always forget the extra bread, orders are slow and incorrect. Just ordered lunch for pickup, wife picked it up and apparently the cashier wasn’t sure if the order was paid for or not. No quality checks are happening. Corporate should send an undercover boss to this location. I would pay to see that.
I’m not happy with this place! We ordered our food with a male worker in the drive thru who did not give good customer service. He needs some training on how to deal with customers. We ordered a number 4 (Turkey sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes with two bags of plain chips. Today is April 12th the plain chips(2 bags) we ordered expired April 4th, and yes they were stale. It took over an hour for my food to get here. This place is definitely going downhill quickly. My food was okay, the bag and receipt that came attached to the bag were covered in grease. I'm not one to leave a negative review for anyone but at this point someone needs to do something there.
Pretty good sandwiches, normally fast orders regardless the time.
I knew there was a promo going on, I had used the code before. When I ordered today the JJ app didn't give me the option to enter the promo code. I called the store on my way to pick up the order and was told Amy would fix the problem when i got there. Nope Amy refused to fix it, so I called corporate and they refused to fix the problem. I've uninstalled the app and I'll get my subs somewhere else. Seems to be a lack of customer appreciation. I should have cancelled the order and let them eat their own subs. Never again.
I've used this shop for 3 years. And had one bad sandwich. No to bad odds.
Awful customer service. Pulled up to the drive through window and was greeted with “Hello, what do you want.” And “is that all you want” super rude when accepting payment. Said thank you to the worker and he closed the window on us. I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns until now.
This has to be to WORST jimmy johns I’ve ever dealt with. They cant seem to follow simple instructions like don’t place my food on the ground. The have to to be the slowest as well. It should not take over 20 minutes to get a delivery when I live directly behind the restaurant according to Google .6 miles. This location Disgust me.

Took my order online. The order was confirmed. Then it never arrived. Apparently the driver left early. Now I have no dinner ? hangry!
