Jet’s is literally the best and this location carries on the Detroit style tradition flawlessly. I had to move away from Michigan for work and cannot describe how happy I was to find out I didn’t have to give up access to my fav pizza chain while living here on the coast. Thank you to whomever made the decision to open one up here, and thank you to everyone working there to keep the magic alive and share the love. Makes me cheese harder than the guy on the box
Nothing wrong with the location at all, just think the pizza is rather bland and normally I'm a fan of greasy pizza I love new York style but this was just super oily dough, like it had too much Vegetable oil on it.
My son told me about Jets pizza I had never heard of it. Well, today he came for a visit & brought me a pizza from there. It was just plain delicious the crust was crispy & the tomato sauce was so fresh tasting. It was the 8 corners pepperoni. I highly recommend Jets Pizza!!!
Today was my first time ordering from Jet’s and I was impressed. Pizza was a little greasy but not over the top. Ranch dressing was really tasty as well. I would say the cookie was overpriced but still good. I will be ordering from again.
Legitimately the best pizza in Virginia Beach! Everything is so delicious and their homemade ranch is something to write home about. 10/10 would recommend every time!
Best deep dish pizza in the area. The 4 corner pepperoni pizza is amazingly good. The gentlemen who works there is very courteous. Great customer service.
Ordered from Jet's, for the first time last Wednesday, the 22nd of December. Pizza arrived cold. One half of one large pizza was supposed to have had sausage included with toppings, and it had no sausage and I ordered a Greek salad which was, in fact, a bowl of chopped onions with a little lettuce, and a little feta. No where close to a Greek Salad, however, the dressing was good. The only thing that was excellent was the young lady that delivered the food. Not a good first experience.K Devine

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible customer service. Ordered 90 minutes ago for delivery, still not here. Spoke to a manager and no help, pretty much just said the driver is on his way. I will never order from this place again! If it's going to take 90 minutes to get your order tell people that! I live 6 mins away and could have picked up and my family could have eaten dinner already! Totally ridiculous!
We are occasional pizza eaters. Nothing serious. When we do eat a pie, we want a good sauce with flavorful generous toppings with out try to do too much. The crust has to be flavorful and have a decent chew to it. We've tried all the usual suspects in the area and settled on one, until...a friend suggested we try Jet's. OMG, we will not use another pizza place. They check all the boxes for us. We ordered again last night after about a month since our last pie. Hands down best place in town.! The customer service is top notch too! Always pleasant and professional.
