Booooo just spent a lot of $$ on very expensive subs (and left a sizeable tip as well), and mine was quite literally tasteless; in addition to it having half the turkey as every time past, and hardly any cheese, it had zero oil and vinegar (hence, tasteless) and one tiny slice of tomato per quarter. Need to take "Jersey" out of this store's name, it's embarrassing.
This location has gone downhill the last 2 times I’ve ordered I’ve been disappointed. The 1st time they put on about half as much meat as they normally do. And today I got a club that had no bacon no oil and vinegar no mayo and I gotExtra meat since last time I was skimped and it was still not as much as it should be if I were to order a few months ago. Safe to say I won’t be coming back

I ordered on doordash, but they don't have a specialty request box, so I called in. Spoke to a lovely lady about my odd request and she DELIVERED! (not literally ofc) But this was my first Jersey Mike's Subs experience and I was not disappointed ?? wonderful customer service and perfect sandwich! thank u kindly!
I like Jersey Mike’s but this one is the worst in Virginia Beach. On my last visit I asked if I could have my sub toasted and I was told “No, that’s a cold sub.” I said yeah I know but I like it toasted. Again I was told No. I said I have no problem getting this toasted at other Jersey Mike’s. I was then told “If you want it toasted go somewhere else”. No problem. I walked out and left them with the sub already made and unpaid for. The owner is eating the cost of that one. The whole thing could’ve been avoided by taking 30 seconds to toast the sub. How much money have these employees cost the owners?
I got my usual philly cheese steak. It was awful this time. It was mostly bread and very little meat and it was cold. It did not have any flavor. I was so disappointed ☹️.
Somebody filleted the bottom of my bread on my sub for my pick up order. It was like getting a Philly steak with a meat on top of the roll?
We get subs there at least once a month the last one really sucked. Put on ingredients we didn't ask for didn't put on gradients we did ask for. Sub roll was like a brick. Will probably eat there again but the last time really sucked. Tried call them rang for 20 minutes and it hung up called back rang for 20 minutes and it hung up called back rang for 20 minutes and then it would hang up
Very disappointing to spend $32 on two subs and they can't get it right that's insane it's a lot of money to spend somewhere to be making a simple mistake like that especially that there was only two subs that cost $32
