Placed a curbside order, and waited in my car for 15 minutes for someone to bring me out my food. I went inside and it was waiting in the to-go area, I don't know for how long, I'm assuming at least 10 minutes, because when I bit into my mozzarella stick the cheese wasn't melted anymore. These two stars are for the kitchen, because at least the food tasted good.
Wow the restaurant really disappointed their take out customers on Mother's Day. We had an order with a pickup time of 10:45, got to the restaurant around 10:40am. Finally out with our order at 11:50am. An hour later. People were being sat, ate. And left before carry put orders got their food. They finally cut off all delivery and carryout hut it was too late the damage was done.They should learn to manage deliveries and carryout more responsibly especially on holidays.
Decided to treat myself and my daughter for breakfast after church. With it being Mother's Day, I knew they'd be a bit busy. Shelly was fantastic despite being busy, she not only assured me that our food was coming but she also made sure to tell my 3 year old the same and thanked us for understanding. Once we got our food, Shelly still came by twice to make sure all was well. Super impressed at how she handled the busy crowd; we had no complaints for our visit today
It is Mother’s Day and was told they didn’t know it would be that busy. If I ever hear from a restaurant say that they didn’t know a holiday would be busy, I am going to explode.
Very good place to eat great food and friendly atmosphere
The hostess was very polite!! Our waitress was courteous!! With that being said, We can no longer patronize IHOP with my daughter. With my daughter's Celaic condition, we cannot be guaranteed no cross-contamination in the cooking surfaces... For example, she orders gluten-free pancakes. We ordered regular pancakes. How do we know that the cooking surfaces have been cleaned and sterilized before her gluten-free pancakes are done? Also, do you have a separate cooking utensils for gluten-free foods?
We are 4 friends who have not all gotten together, at one time, since 2019. I'm so glad we choose to go to IHOP. Our fabulous server, Shelly was really great. We arrived at different times and she was right at the table as we sat down, to get our drink orders and was so patient with us. We took a LONG time ordering but Shelly was very understanding. Everyone got EXACTLY what we ordered and we all enjoyed our selections. Not one complaint. We want to thank Shelly and tell her manager, Shelly is a keeper! I HOPE she is able to serve us every time we come in. We may even ask for her by name!The Fantastic 4
Came here for a late afternoon breakfast and the service was excellent. Waitress was attentive and helpful, there was always someone cleaning something, and the food was delicious! Will be my go to spot for now
I love IHOP for the pure joy of being in a crack den usually, but this one is lovely. It’s very clean, the entire staff is very kind and efficient. They all had a smile on their face when interacting with us, and the beautiful waitress, Shelley, took care of our table. She interacted with my one year old perfectly, keeping her smiling and content. She also left us a super sweet note that made me tear up, and I will cry about it later, but it’s enough said. Great food, great quality control, and superb service.
Very friendly. Food came fast and warm. They were very understanding with us. We took our 11-month old for his first dine in experience an he loved his mini pancakes.
