DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Honestly, I don’t know how they’re even still in business. The service is horrible, SUPER slow, and not worth it. I understand being short-staffed but For that past couple of years now EVERY TIME I COME HERE it’s a bad experience, and steadily going downhill! Management doesn’t do a whole lot to rectify either. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, hence why I still come very infrequently from time to time. But this is the final straw. I didn’t even want to sit down based off my last experience, but figured I’d try a to-go order because I’m really hungry and had a gift card. There are maybe 3 tables sat in here and I’ve been waiting for my food for 40 minutes after being told it would be 15 minutes. There’s no winning with this location. The one star is because I have to leave the minimum in order to leave a review, and also because there’s a couple of employees who are genuinely nice and just trying to do their best, and I acknowledge that because I’m fair. But I strongly recommend finding another one.

Sub par service. I got served my coffee after waiting all the way up till when my food came out so it was forgotten I had ordered any I guess. Other guests around me who sat down after me got helped with everything before us so I guess we landed at the wrong IHOP. Hashbrowns was a soggy patty looking like a flattened chicken patty. I ordered the Sirloin tips and eggs and there is little to no onions and mushrooms and most of them are burnt. Eggs were basic with cheese.I've have way better.

This was my first time at this location. I was impressed by the employees and inside but once I got my food it was not that great. I ordered sourdough toast but was then told it wasn't on the menu when my omelete was brought out. The white toast I did get was dry as the Sahara.Then the roasted tomatoes in the omelet tasted weird so I picked them out. So overall it was just okay.

Have always had a rough time with mobile orders with them forgetting stuff. But this time ( I did not get her name because I was so amazed ) I received my mobile order and they forgot stuff. This lady DROVE OUT TO MY HOUSE to give me what the other person forgot! This lady needs a raise!!!! She was so sweet and customer service was through the roof ! So whoever came out to Holland drive today just know you’re an amazing woman! ( 5 stars is just for her )

Best hashbrowns I've ever had went there with friends for thirteen dollars it makes you pretty full

Very clean. I was waited on immediately. The server was considerate of all my needs. Good was excellent and plenty!

The place for their classic breakfast offerings. They have lunch/dinner offerings as well. It appears this place is short staffed, at least in the late night hours, so service my vary. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

I was having breakfast with someone, and ironically, another couple, two tables away, ordered almost the same order my table did. That being said, we got their food, they got our food. Makayla was the server for both tables. After placing the wrong order in front of me, she picked it up and gave it to the other table. I had not touched it but still thought it was odd. The worst part of this was she gave that table 20% off their bill but did not offer anything to me.

Our server, Keayna, was great. She busted her tail as one of only two apparent waitresses in the restaurant. She maintained a pleasant, kind, efficient, patient, accommodating demeanor despite the fact that they were understaffed. Not once did she complain or even come across as angry or bitter. She was gracious! In fact, all the staff that we encountered were kind, pleasant, apologetic, and not one of them ever looked, sounded or acted angry, bitter or impatient. They were ALL very kind. That being said, they were very understaffed. The poor hostess was told to tell ALL incoming customers that the wait was about 20 minutes while the rest of us, having already waited 35 minutes looked at each other knowing the wait would be much longer....though when it came to our turn and she called through the names, over half had given up and left. We overheard something about the manager trying something "new." But we saw people standing around that could be helping the poor two waitresses. A little more efficiency and organization would have helped maximize the use of what staff they did have. The others did eventually try to help a little. Again, very, genuinely kind and courteous people. That is a RARE find these days.The food was good. I'd have rated higher but I do feel the management could have been a little better.
