I did an online order pick up order. It was supposed to be ready at 11:30. When I got there at 11:40 there was no host to assist customers or seat them. I understand restaurants have a shortage of workers. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to speak to me. Finally some spoke to me. She wasn't the host. Or a waitress. Or even manager. She was the janitor. She went to check if my order was there. She never came back. I had two other employees asked me my name and what I was there for I told them I had a pick up and gave them my name. They told me they'll be back with me. No one came back. The first lady came up to me again asked me for my name. I told her. No one came to me about my order at all. So I went to the back and told them I've been waiting on pick up order. They checked to see about my order. They told me they did not see my ticket. I told them to cancel my order. I am a understanding person. I have receipts of my order and the money was taken out. No one communicated to me about my order. They really wasted my time during my lunch break. If they would just told me in the first place they didn't see my order I would have happily gave them my order, the receipts and I'll wait for it. But the lack of communication really put me off.
Birthday breakfast was AWESOME. I had a big steak omelet and double blueberry pancakes. Dustin our server was fantastic. Great service, great personality. The man he was training(??) was very nice as well, however I did not catch his name. The manager came out and checked on us too. Perfect Birthday dining experience! I suggest going there and sitting in his section. Wonderful service.
Took a while to get seated and no it wasn't crowded. Maybe it's due to all the staff were standing around the back chatting & laughing w each other. One guy even ran to his female co worker car w her purse & keys in hand and was talking across the restaurant. Our waitress finally seemed a little 'brighter' when we were ready to depart. I wouldn't recommend nor will my family & I return to this location
Waited 20 minutes. Finally someone asked if we wanted to dine in. It's Mothers Day. They weren't busy. Perhaps with online ordering. A woman ordered at 10 to pickup. It's 1. They didn't even have her food ready. Manager I'd extremely rude to people. Said sit where you want. I would absolutely go to McDonald's for breakfast before I step foot into this restaurant again! I give it 0 stars. But obviously had to give 1.
Server was AMAZING! We had two little girls with us and she was so attentive and kind. She was so patient too, lots of ups and downs haha and food was good and actually what we ordered. Great visit.
This was one of our best experiences with iHop. Christopher Grant was amazing, he was so polite and had patience especially with kids. This was definitely an amazing experience we could cherish forever. Thank you Christopher and iHop.
Chris was the best! Came at 2 am and got amazing service! Chris took care of all the guests and cooked all the food. He was on top of it all and with the best attitude. Can’t wait to come back and see him again
Thank you late night staff for taking care good of us! Chris, John, & Tyreak are awesome! The french toast is so good! Eggs are cooked well too. Kudos to the cook! Our waiter was attentive. Tables are clean. Chris always pleasantly greets us. We'll be back again.
Wow. This is the worst Ihope I have ever been too. The waiter was so nice. He kept apologizing for something that was out of his control. We were waiting for almost an hour just for some runny eggs and hair in my pancake. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
Service wasn't the best and there was a slight wait because kitchen was backed up. But the food was worth the wait. No beating the fresh IHOP coffee and pancakes. The Colorado Omelette was also amazing
