Poor customer service! This was my first time at Iggles after hearing such great things. Upon my arrival there was a miss understanding with my name on my call in order. The guy at the counter give me attitude because I misunderstood what he said I apologized and told him I have trouble hearing, his response yeah obviously, the staff encourage his behavior by lauging and would not provide me his name. Never again and I hope Feather N Fin next door takes all your business!
I’ve had all the big name cheesesteaks in Philly, this was better. If you like a good cheesesteak Iggles will deliver. I had a cheesesteak with American cheese, grilled onions, hot peppers, and mushrooms and it was awesome. Great bread. The order of fries was huge. Food came out fast and hot. I would definitely go back.
Why would anyone purchase food that is notCooked to your request? Me. I needed to eatso I allowed Iggies to cook cheeseburger 'theirway'. Wrong. Barely edible! I was faint from hun-ger and could not finish the food. Horrible!!!Wouldn't feed it to my dog! This piece of meatwas so thin, it just needed to be quickly droppedon grill (if your meat is bad you try to hide whatyour serving), what I was served today was burned and hard. Not good! Ordered fries w/grilled onions and cheese. Well...way too muchtasteless cheese and no grilled onions. Someunidentifiable meat...? Just gross. Charged over$16 bucks...slop! Bun was too big for small piece of meat and ( what?) no ice for beverage! Mystomach bothered me before I chucked inedible meal( what I didn't say was they refused my request to cook properly to order. Informed they only cook well done: not good at all).
I was looking for a cheesesteak spot. I asked my wife to pick up one as she was out and I just crushed some household chores so had decent appetite. She doesnt eat delicious food like this so she missed out and did not order anything. Ordered the large cheese steak with hot peppers and provolone. With fries. All was delicious. Bread was super fresh. Only recommendation is getting extra cheese on the cheesesteak. Also my wife said she would order something next time. Wow.
If you what some real cheesesteaks go to Philly cold cuts there only less than a mile away. Iggles sucks dry meat over cooked and there cheap with there cheese.
Best burgers we have had in a very long time!! My wife had a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and she said that there was reason Cheese Steak was above Burgers on the sign.We were visiting the area and just happened on this place- what a hidden gem.
Was my first time visiting on 02/19/22. My friend and I came in for a late lunch around 2pm. The restaurant was very busy for being off lunch hours. Our order was taken and we sat down to wait. We ordered a 12 inch Italian sub, a 6 inch mushroom Cheesesteak, a couple of diet sodas and we also ordered some Cheesesteak Egg rolls to go. Great food, easily the best Cheesesteak I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Will be back to try more on the menu!
I had very high hopes from the reviews (both online and from my coworkers) but sadly, we were in for disappointment. While the aroma wafting throughout our home made me think our mushroom cheesesteaks were the greatest things on the planet we were left wondering where the cheese was and what were those little bits of non chewable bites.Even though I'm not from Philly, I do love me some Philly cheesesteaks and dine on them whenever I see them on a menu.Perhaps we just hit them on a bad day and if we're ever in this area again, we'll give them another shot. If nothing else then to try their Philly egg rolls.
This was our first time here, and it was delicious. Before we even got our food I said that places like this always have the best food and I was right. We got their cheese steak and it was hands down the best we have had.
This place is the REAL DEAL. FIRST time customer ordered a whole cheese steak 3 steak eggrolls. FRESH and DELICIOUS. Will be a regular customer. * Thank you Iggles *
