Best soft serve ice cream in Virginia Beach. Order the cone with all the flavors. I've been twice this visit.
How this place passes a cleanliness check is beyond me. The soft icecream tasted like a cheap frozen yogurt. I wanted to move on as soon as I saw it but the group I was with wanted to try it. I was credited by my group after they had their icecream.
My son loved the shaved ice from here it's nice to get when it's hot and they have a little seated area with shade
I got 3 vanilla soft serve ice creams and it was watered down. Not good. Just walk a few more blocks and get yourself Kohr brothers.
