The bartender customer service was great, they don't serve food yet but they did allow me to bring food from another restaurant just down the terminal to eat with my beer.Food service apparently stopped due to COVID-19. I normally don't come to terminal A but today was a flight from terminal A and this was the option available.I probably won't return too soon but we'll certainly check it out next time. They do have a pretty good beer selection, local beer from the Norfolk area.
On Feb 4th 2022 me and friends were catching a flight to NY and the flight was delayed for a few hours. We decided to get some drinks while we waited and visited this bar for the first time. The bar tender Mike I am most certain of his name was serving that day and while taking the order began to ask questions of what we wanted to drink, then when we given sarcastic remarks such as “can you hurry up” and also “we aren’t annoying just yet” Also” wait for me to clock out work I will see you after “. My friend Kelly even tipped after being disrespectful to us, and he also went on to yell when we were walking away we are ignorant as well I am not sure if it had to do with race but he only spoke to two of us like this out the 3 of a different background , there was a constant embarrassing argument with his guest the 3 of us. Mike was extremely rude and cursing and we have never experienced anything like this in life.

Our waitress kept leaving out of the restaurant and not coming back for a while. We got our drinks but she never came back for our order. The bartender had to call her on the phone to get our check for the one round of drinks we were able to order.
Had a quick meal here before a flight in early Feb 2019. The waitress was awesome! Really friendly, great sense of humor and very attentive. We ordered a soup and the pretzel bites. Both were very good, came out nice and hot.The service really made my rating 5 stars. We were treated so well. Awesome place to eat while in transit!
Probably the best place to eat and drink in concourse A. The drink selection was solid and the food choices were pretty good. I think all the places at ORD are owned by the same folks, the ingredients were very similar. The food was standard airport fare, it tasted like you would expect it to. Best place in the terminal, but not a must hit.
I am amazed at the great reviews. I never review negatively but this was the absolutely worst service I have ever had at an airport restaurant. Staff totally focused on themselves and the manager. Couldn't give it less than 1 star or I would have. #GOTOTHEOTHERPLACENEXTTIME
The Budweiser BBQ Sandwich is great! The employees are terrific & very dedicated to our military, which is in the atmosphere & decor.
