great food and atmosphere
My sister brought me to Grammy for a karaoke birthday bash almost a year ago, and I fell in love with the place and the people! The food is so flavorful that you can’t help but dance a little as you eat it. The karaoke is a K-Pop lover’s dream (and they have a ton of songs in other languages too!). The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. It’s my happy place … full of food, fun, and friends!!

The karaoke itself was fun, but I probably would not do it ever again. It is $60 an hour for a medium room which is fine but there’s no way in hell you’ll be in and out within an hour because the service was so slow. It took us half an hour to get drinks then 15 more minutes to get the food and then they have a call button that we pressed multiple times and no one ever showed up. I understand busy weekends but it feels like they’re being slow to get more of your money :) Also we had a server who never checked up on us and we didn’t know we had to walk to the front for our checks so we waited around for way too long after pressing the call button aka wasting more time/money in the room

The experience was super fun but the karaoke choices were limited. The food was great! All in all well worth it!
OMG, BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER! The staff made me feel like a family member that comes to eat regularly. Drinks are delicious and strong, the food is AMAAAAAAZING!!!! If you can't decide on what you want, just ask the staff and they will tell you whats good, I did and my food was soooo tasty! Karaoke room was fantastic, only wish they would update their song list to have more of today's and more of yesterday's favorites. Or allow us to connect our phones to the screen and mirror screen it. I'm am ?% coming back and will do so regularly from now on. Enjoy my pictures!
I came here with my family. I made a mistake of ordering a dish not being able to handle the spice level. It was amazing, but such a spicy soup for me. My server asked if I would like a new one, but I said no because I will eat my spicy soup at home. I felt bad if the kitchen would have to make a new one, but the amazing part is the server made sure the kitchen made me a new one not as spicy. He said take this to go as well so you enjoy your soup more. Now tell me if that isn't amazing customer service. They ensured we had the best experience and made sure the food was to our liking. I am so impressed with the staff.Note to owner: Your staff is amazing.
