1st time visit and it won't be my last! Over 30 freshly churned ice cream flavors in our cabinets made using high-quality ingredients. All of our ice cream is made from scratch and churned fresh in-store. You'll know the difference when you taste it. I tried the COOKIES & CREAM and CAPPUCCINO CHOCOLATE CHUNK in a waffle bowl. And a friend had the MOJITO (MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP) and the CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT (NUTELLA).All served by 2 of the nicest people!! Super friendly and really helpful. Many favors to try and they also have homemade ice cream cakes, chocolates and other sweets.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Lovely place. Very nice workers who seem to like working there. Was told about the point system and explained how everything is made from scratch which I find pretty cool. It’s a nice treat for me and my little one. Real ice cream! Very sweet, new to it so have a lot of options to try. They also had vegan options.
Excellent customer service, but no flavor.The wife and I each got a cone, one was peach cobbler and the other chocolate banana, neither of which had any flavor. I figured that my scoop of peach was bland because its a seasonal flavor and hadn’t been perfected, but when I tried her chocolate banana I realized that neither flavor had any real taste. Both were just sweet cream.The folks behind the counter were very helpful and nice, really set a great atmosphere.Service 5/5I’ve cream 2/5
I ordered a vegan icecream birthday cake from Gerald’s and I have to say it was delicious. You could not tell that it was vegan. The staff was exceptionally nice and even though the cake was pricey, it was worth it. Our whole family (who are not all vegans) LOVED it! Thank you for the plant based option! We will be back!
Portion size way too small for the price. The ice cream was good, but overvalued. The rent must be high in hilltop in order to need to charge that much for a small scoop. Paid $10 for two small scoops. Also the limit of two samples is stingy. I’m new to the shop and made a trip out there to check it out, and left with a disappointing experience. Great environment, great vibe, fun interior design, over priced. Hope to return in the future but will go to a few other spots first.
The ice cream is over priced and had no flavor. Banana peanut butter chocolate should taste like one of the 3 things in it. And cappuccino chocolate should taste like cappuccino instead of weak coffee.?♀️They both kinda tasted the same..no real distinction. The regular scoop was so small it barely came over the top of my husband's cone. I ordered a cake cone, but was handed ice cream in a cup. When I told the girl mine should have been in a cake cone she took a cone and stuck it on top of the ice cream that was in the cup. Customer service at its finest I guess, which sealed the deal on me never going back to Geralds.
Fantastic ice cream and amazing service by a super lone worker this afternoon! Dr. Einhorn was my dentist eon’s ago and have been wanting to stop by. Honestly the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time?

What a wonderful experience when coming here. Me and my partner were highly impressed and definitely happy with visiting here. The ice cream is made fresh in small batches and the flavors are so unique and phenomenally done. The staff was fantastic at their job and just happy to work there. I love the entire vibe this place gives off and I can tell all the customers were happy and enjoyed their treats as much as we did!
A wonderful & quaint ice cream shop. They serve a very high quality product. The staff was welcoming and informed about the flavors and how the ice cream is made. The best sorbets especially the mango. Amazing!! Also had the cappuccino chocolate chunk ice cream which was also amazing. We will definitely be back.
