Love Five Guys, hate this location. Someone doesn't know the difference between lettuce and onions. They did it 3 times.*Went there again today after I went to Cinema Cafe. They messed it up again. Didn't give me the Cajun fries this time.
The restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly and efficient. The order was delivered fairly quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and good.Watch the prices: It’s expensive.
I like their food, but prices have gone to OMG levels. $12.59 for a bacon cheeseburger? Nope. Good bye, Five Guys.
If you order online, add 15 minutes to the timeframe in peak hours. They’re online ordering architecture has been behind every time from what they tell you and it doesn’t update live. It’s pricey, but good. For the price you’re probably better off going to Red Robin.
Terrible....the worst bout of food poisoning I've had in my 34 years of life. Called the store to let the manager know so they could take necesary cleaning, quality control measures, etc. They didn't even offer to refund my meal after ruining my entire weekend.
Did an online order for the first time and everything came out just right. The service was fast and efficient and the workers were pleasant when I came in to pick up the food. Overall my experience was great. I will definitely return in the future.
I had the longest, nastiest hair in my burger. I choked on. I didn’t expect a hair in my burger so I choked on it and nearly vomited. You never responded to my message for my money back. I’m going to keep messaging until I get a refund. I’m still disgusted 2 weeks later. It wasn’t mine because I have shorter blonde hair and this was a long dark hair and I only live with my boyfriend. Don’t go here. They must be dirty and unsanitary for this to happen.

My man will literally go here JUST FOR FRIES! Now they are amazing, but he eats them as a meal i literally never have had anything else from this place but boy are the fries good.
