The little burger left a lot to be desired for $12, but the fries were tasty. No problem there. However the soda was flat and I didn’t notice until I got home. Very disappointed to spend $17 on a burger combo to have the fries be the only star of the meal. The staff was friendly though and that is why I gave 3 stars instead of two. For almost $20 burger combo, you may as well goto a real sit down restaurant and enjoy lunch for several dollars cheaper.
Burgers are amazing! But the fry's are legendary. I got my food fast and hot. I ate out side in December very nice place staff all had smiles and very nice.
My first time trying a hamburger from this place and it was delicious. If it wasn't so expensive i would be a regular but I'm definitely going back for a burger

First of all, the chairs are dirty. Looks like most of them have throw up on them. Second, this is the only Five Guys location (Lynnhaven) that is stingy on their fries. I ordered a small fry and there was the exact amount to fill the small cup. Every other location gives extra.
I placed a pickup order and I wished I could remember the person name who took the order She Was So Helpful. When I got there another very pleasant young lady confirmed order and took my payment. I than began 2 observe their interaction, they smiled,laugh and talk 2 each other like friends or FAMILY. How they helped each other with each order and within minutes my order was ready and I was out. A Very Good Experience...???
I do not normally write reviews but after coming to the Lynhaven location several times and leaving extremely disappointed over the past few months I decided to write one. They have been very stingy with the fries, and when I say stingy I mean they barely fill them to the top of the container, then maybe you will get 5 fries in the bottom of the bag. When you ask for Cajun they barely put any seasoning on them. When you are paying so much for fries you should be getting a good amount. I will take the longer drive to go to another location to get what I pay for.
Went too this location yesterday, some new woman with short hair cheated me on the fries. I only got 3 items. Little bacon cheese burger, regular fries, and regular drink. She only gave me a few in the bag not kool. I paid $26.
Justin K purposely gave me the wrong order. I know this because when he repeated my order back to me it was correct but must have noticed I was on my phone and too busy to check the receipt. I didn’t check until I was already home. Tell Justin K to do his job and not take his frustrations out on random customers.
Food was absolutely fantastic and employees were very pleasant! Will absolutely be coming back here!
