Very dirty went there a day ago and saw a mouse running around the store Manger was not concerned about it when told Terrible customer service dont go here
First off I do like Firehouse Subs, this review is about customer service, not food. Went to FS about 2:45 pm Sat Apr 9. Placed our order for the first sub. Another customer came in after us and was having an issue at register. So, the person helping us went to assist him, not even saying "excuse me a minute" to us. We stood there waiting while he attempted to fix an order the customer had placed on line. At this time there were 3 other employees there. One wandering from back room to front and back again. Another one standing uselessly by cash register. Another one standing in the sub prep area in front of us looking lost and confused. After a few minutes we were talking loudly to each other about why there was no on helping us. No response from anyone. After a few more minutes we announced we were leaving. No one cared.
If your website says you close @9 then you should honor that not have your employee shut the door 20 minutes before and sit on his or her phone where customers can see it very unprofessional !!!! You cant just close when you feel like it ppl need dinner & the owner is loosing $
Went there right after they opened, was pleasantly surprised at the portions and friendliness of the staff. Took a little time to make my order, but worth it for the quality.
Ordered a sandwich for lunch on March 24 2022 at 1240 pm. Ordered same sandwich I always do, except this time somebody clearly thought it would be funny to put a gallon of mayo on the sandwich and not put any napkins in the bag. It was disgusting, I was shoveling off all the toppings and giant globs of mayo with my hands and had to use rain water and the paper bag as napkins. In the picture there is even more mayo under the paper. I can’t believe somebody made this and thought it was cool, and then the no napkins makes this seem intentional. Who is in charge here? Get a handle on your place.
The food is good but I have NEVER ordered something to go and have it been correct/complete.
The Engineer Sub tasted good with jalapenos ☺️.

They were closed when I arrived. It's a Friday, I don't think they should have closed 20 mins early, I watched at least two other parties walk to the door, it would have been nice if they were Open the hours posted.
It seems like everyone in this restaurant is stuck in first gear. I was welcomed when I came in, but there was no energy behind it. Three people working on sandwiches and it still took over 30 minutes. There were maybe 6 customers in the store at the time and most of them were already eating. Not my usually experience at this location, so this was more than a little disappointing.
