Buyers beware! If you order a sub on gluten-free sub roll from this restaurant using your mobile app and they do not have the GF bread in stock, they will not issue a refund. The store told me to call Firehouse customer service to get a refund, and the customer service representative stated that the local restaurant has the issue your cancellation and refund. I’ve never had this issue using my Jersey Mikes mobile app. If a certain location is out of gluten-free bread, they give me a call to let me know, and it’s simple to cancel the order. The ironic part about this mess is that I’ve never been disappointed with their food at this Firehouse location, but the customer service is awful. I wasn’t trying to cancel the order because of anything on my end, but they simply didn’t have the food in stock.
Italian, Turkey Bacon and Steak and cheese were disgusting. I know sloppiness is Firehouse specialty but no lettuce on sub and steak taste old..Never Again:(Lacking Rd Va BeachMaybe because Italian was free from T-MOBILE TUESDAY
It's ok.... A little over priced though. For a killer sub go to shop wise meat market on seaboard rd. In Virginia Beach. Those boys know how to make a sammich!
I ordered for pickup on grubhub, when I got there 20 mins later it still wasn’t ready. The 3 people working were more interested in their conversation and talking really loud, using profanity, and not too worried about completing orders. There were 3 of us waiting for orders, we all looked at each other with the same thought. Only gave 2 stars because the food is so good, they just need better training with how to act.
0 stars isn't an option but if it was it'd be a toss up between the manager and worker complaining about who dropped bread on the floor and the girl behind the counter making food then took her mask off to lick her fingers and put her mask back on. Won't be going back or recommending this place.
Best firehouse in the area. We drive 20 min past the one close to our house in Chesapeake to specifically go to this one.Super friendly staff!! And always HOT fresh bread!!
The best sub just tried for the first time and to compare subway or jersey mikes to this is like gas station food to caviar ?

I would like to take a minute to give thanks to the management and staff at this location. I have never experienced such amazing service and accountability. I was touched by the kindness of your manager he helped get me a sub platter for the hospital staff in the ICU today. I just cant thank them enough so I came here to give them this review. Please support this location they really go above and beyond.
Awful. The owner pass off Sam's Club chips and cookies as Deluxe Desert Pack for $27 dollars. I ordered a platter, to salads and desert pack for $104.00. One of the salads had no meat, the lettuce was brown. As I mentioned he sold me Sam's club cookies and chips. When I confronted him he became rude and told me to leave his store. Guess no money back guarantee once they have your money!!!!
