Our favorite spot with our favorite people. We come here almost once a week. The food is always good and consistent. The service is amazing Tory, Kaitlin, and G to name a few really make you feel loved and at home. You will not regret having a meal, a date night, or family dinner here. The experience of this restaurant was amazing ☺️. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was not packed when I arrived so I was seated immediately. The have outside seating as well. All there food come from natural sources or from their garden outside which I think is amazingly beautiful. You can reserve seating or walk in. When I'm back in Virginia Beach I will most definitely eat at this restaurant.
Most definitely a top 5 restaurant in the 7-cities. It is clear they care about the food. Everything is exquisite. The duck dish with a curry/coconut rice riff is the second best duck I’ve ever had (1st was in Paris). I went back a week later and had the pork chop. The Brussels sprouts and sweet potato were incredible. A perfect complement to the well cooked pork chop. Drinks are fantastic and an awesome beer selection.
I had a fantastic time here! I will be back and highly recommend to everyone! The cocktails are very well thought out. Our bartender, Drew (I think) crafted them to perfection. He also provided the best service. Food was on another level. Praises to the chef for sure. If you want a great all around experience; go here.
Everything is to love here. Fresh. Flavorful. Original. Unhurried.On a gorgeous day, the outdoor dining is unquestionably my favorite in Virginia Beach: spacious, sunny, gorgeous garden plantings—many of which provide ingredients for the proffered fare.

Esoteric is very good. They even have their own garden. So, depending on the season, various veggies herbs and lettuce will be straight out of the ground! I had a Cubano which was fantastic, nice juicy pork on crispy sourdough. Only 4 stars because a little surprised there wasn't more seafood choices seeing it's at the beach.
Our waitress was great. She definitely added to the atmosphere. Good cocktails, not very exciting wine selection. Good food -both starters, mains and deserts
