One of the best Mexican dining experiences I have had. The server was very attentive, super friendly and great with the kids. He made sure that their food came out right away so they didn't lose their cool while we waited for the adult meals to come out.Highly recommend the the spicy jalapeno margarita on the rocks! It tasted very fresh and what an awesome flavor combination! Love how the white chip sauce comes standard and you don't have to ask for it. Definitely the creamiest white chip sauce I have had, super tasty. The chicken chimichangas and all the sides tasted very fresh and on point. Nothing tasted like it had been sitting around all day in the kitchen. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves Mexican cuisine.
First time here. Really enjoyed the food. Will definitely be back. I know that there are alot of other Mexican restaurants in the area but give this one a try. You won't be disappointed. Reasonably priced with the other's.

This same restaurant was previously San Jose and I was sad to see it changed. But this was my third time at El Potrillo and the food was great and the service was excellent. They also have a fresh tomatillo salsa that packs a punch and lots of flavor.
Terrible service, the lazy guy that works the phone is too lazy to place orders and answer the phone. Then I ordered shrimp and chicken fajitas, the shrimp wasn't done and the portion was ridiculous for $29.00. Now, I see why there was only 4 people eating there! Will never eat there again.

The servers are always professional and friendly. Go ahead and order yourself the fajita nachos and see what heaven is like. If you like alcohol the jumbo margarita is a great deal too.
