Never got to even try the food. Arrived at 13:10 and was told that nothing was ready and wouldn't be for another 50 minutes. I drove for 45 min to get here. What a complete waste of my time. No chicken is this good. Shame on you.
The worst experience at this restaurant! I don't recommend it! Bad customer service and the people are not polite. We came with a large family and they prohibited to move tables! They should give a good training to the people on staff of good customer service! Hoping that food is not as bad as the worst ever customer service experienced by me! I have to put that star only to post but I can't put negative stars!
Ordered lunch there today for the first time and the Chicken is absolutely amazing so full of flavor so juicy, rice was delicious plantains were cooked to perfection. Loved both the green and yellow sauce. staff was very nice and friendly, will definitely going back!!
Best family own Peruvian restaurant in the area. Been home sick for Peruvian food for the longest! I am more than willing to make the 45 min drive from Hampton to grab this food! Highly recommend the anticuchos! #jerseytakescareofjersey

This is one of the best Peruvian chicken places that I've experienced here and abroad. The family recipes are amazing and remind me of my travels throughout Peru and the Andes. The chicken combination prices can't be beat (Especially in VB) and you can see how much TLC goes into every single order. It's a great family run business and you can tell how hard they work to make every meal amazing. Don't let the little shop in the corner fool you, this is legit.PS. So flavorful! The chicken was seasoned to perfection and juicy. The green and yellow sauce was delicious. Had to get extra. My husband had the 1/2 chicken and white rice pictured. I had the 1/2 chicken, fried rice and plantains. Definitely will go back again and again.

We have ordered from here for a few years now. They're food is always perfectly prepared and delicious. The service is always first rate and the order is always correct. I highly recommend El Pico to anyone looking for a good meal.
Had a taste for Peruvian chicken and wanted to take my niece to enjoy the flavors of the foods since it was her first time having Peruvian chicken.I/(we) enjoyed the meal but, wished the service was a bit better than I had experienced since I had to go a distance to find this spot. It wasn't a welcoming experience, to say the least. So it was my first time visit and probably my last too.
