Usually this location is better than the others nearby but lately has gone down hill. Went this morning for a coffee and was told to pull off to the side and wait for my drink, 10 minutes later they still hadn't come with my drink (other customers came and went). Looped back around and asked about my drink and they had no idea what I was talking about, was ultimately refunded for my drink.Edit:After completing the survey online the worker reached out and offered to comp a replacement drink, rating adjusted some.
Donuts were fresh, but selection was a bit limited. Wanted to get some hot coffee buy didn't have vanilla creamer. Didn't get it, just the donuts... everything else was fine!!

I normally get the Iced Sunrise Batch with mocha swirl, sugar, and cream. My first couple visits were good, however, my more recent orders have tasted a bit off. I wouldn’t recommend the plain mini bagels, it may have just been a bad batch but I wouldn’t purchase them again. Other than that great service and good muffins!!

The family and I were so excited to have a Dunkin’ Donuts right down the street. This turned quickly to disappointment. Ever since they have been open whether going in the drive-through or getting something through DoorDash I have never had an order right. Somebody definitely needs to go and look at the management and even the staff to figure out what is going on.
Food, coffee, donuts, service ALWAYS outstanding (least the location(s) I frequently use, so why can't I tip in the app instead of fumbling for cash while I'm busy puttin' on lipstick, shaving & trying to determine if its a man or woman behind the mask... Starbucks does it... ?

Great ladies working there pleasant and efficient. My coffee was ready by the time i finished paying. It was clean as well.
My expectations where not met for this Dunkin. On a weekday, the line was so painfully slow, I almost had to pull out of line so I wouldn’t be late to work. It was long enough that the cheerful young lady at the window apologized for the wait (which I appreciate).
