Really Sloppy food preparation. I asked for simple Croissant egg and cheese. I wanted to get croissant. Instead i was given a soggy , half cooked , cold frozen brick like croissant. I told the person on the drive thru to reload my card for $25 ,She instead charge the whole order on my credit card. The whole staff needs training. Being on a great location means nothing if you can run the establishment. This place really needs to get it right.
By far one of my favorite locations. Extremely polite, and they always make my coffee perfectly ?☕
This is probably the worst location in VB. Every time I go the drinks are half full or not made correctly. I get times are tough and finding staff is hard but this staff needs training. Things are pricy these days and going to treat yourself you get a half filled/half prepared drink doesn’t cut it any more. I’ll be going to another location for now on.
Staff was friendly. The inside dining area and bathrooms were well cleaned. The drive thru is swamped in the morning.
Awesome! Came here from out of town in early Jan.2022 & Feb.13, 2022 and both times it was different staff always with a smile and warm attitude. All very nice! Smiles and warm make a difference.PLUS, both times, they were all working their butts off when they were not attending to customers. Hard working.
So I am 34 weeks pregnant and my biggest craving has been Dunkin’ this whole pregnancy. This one is right by my job so I stop quite often more then I would like to admit lol. Every time I stop the employees are always so nice it’s efficient, like the line could be wrapped around the building and I still get through the drive-through in five minutes or less and my food is always made the same and correctly no matter who’s working. This is honestly one of the best Dunkins I’ve probably ever been to.
First come, first serve, later the patron comes into shop. The chances of having your desired donuts are lessened.
Why would you discontinue the jelly donuts? Especially right before Hanukkah, a holiday that almost every Jewish person is looking for them and eats them out of tradition!!!! Thank you for supporting your Jewish population. I’m sure they will return the favor.
I love dunkin, the peach passionfruit refresher is delicious you gotta try it! I was on a phone call while ordering i felt so bad, but nonetheless the two male workers were very kind, quick, and made my drink perfectly!
Food and order was fine. Customer service was weak. The place was dead, I was the only customer and they had plenty of staff. At minimum they could have at least greeted me. Not a one person said "hello, how you doing" or anything. I said hello when I walked up and didn't get any sort of response by either person who rang me up or gave me the first part of my order. The only person who actually treated me like a person was the guy who came from the back to give me my sandwich. Would have given a tip to that guy.It's a shame cause this store was probably the cleanest nicest looking Dunkin I've been in.
